Front desk clerk named Karo was incredibly rude and clearly had no idea how to do his job. It took him a while to come out from the back room to check me in. He did not even greet me. He charged my card twice. At 11:30pm, as I was asleep, I woke up to another clerk tried entering my room because Karo did not put it in the system that I was staying there, despite being charged TWICE. Tyler (the nice clerk) was very apologetic. I was so terrified from someone trying to enter my room in the middle of the night that I left and need a refund for both charges.
