五一期間價格正常，沒有漲價，位於靈武市區繁華地段，一樓是一個小商品市場，對面是靈武廣場，有物美超市，周圍餐館挺多，看起來是靈武最高的樓，房間挺乾淨，有地下車庫，可以免費停車，不過位置不多，有十幾個車位，門口車位幾乎也全天是滿的，房間開在13樓，很安靜，有電梯，免費送兩瓶純凈水。

房間挺大的，設施有點老，服務人員熱情，飯店門前就是靈武中心廣場，晚上熱鬧非凡！噴泉很漂亮，跳廣場舞的購物方便，離高廟很近，超級方便

凱悦高高低低也是靈武的地標建築、 就不能裝修的好一點？乾淨一點？ 開了個房間，那叫一個冷，牆面壁紙破敗不堪、桌椅沙發包漿了，怎麼？麗楓酒店開了，凱悦落魄了？
