這哪是住店，這是**是要命 房間温度30°，窗户打不開 凌晨四點處理結果是給了個冷風機，聲音打的怕**，哎呀 真**絕了 這輩子 這輩子都不會選擇這家店 大家謹慎一點 我踩雷了

酒店挺氣派的，大廳挺大，房間很大。
但是酒店運營處處表現出摳門，我們住兩天，2張2米大床可入住四人，實際入住3個人大人一個小孩，早餐衹給2個，必須加早餐。房間給的水衹有兩瓶，350ml的。14點退房，13:30房卡就不能刷電梯了。健身房黑着燈關着門，不能用。有歡迎果盤，就是7個小番茄和兩個指頭長的小芭蕉，還不如多給我兩瓶水呢。電視看着看着就壞了，都修了三次了。WiFi信號不好，一會就連結不上了。前台有個女的，永遠都是板著臉，面無表情。可能酒店欠了工資吧，可能沒資金週轉了吧，到處節省成本。趕緊換酒店！！！什麼時候這個酒店換了運營商，可以考慮再次入住。

一分都不想給！攜程是按什麼標準給這家酒店評個五星？各個方面哪裡符合五星？前台服務能力太差，辦入住和退房都搞不明白！房間打掃的也不乾淨，地毯上全是渣子！早餐就更沒法説了，在攜程介紹上説早餐標準是68元，除了幾個拌涼菜，就是炒青菜，麪食幾乎沒有，麪包就兩樣，連黃油都沒有，早餐從六點半到九點半，八點半到餐廳就幾乎沒什麼菜了，果醬酸奶都沒了，沒到九點半就撤台了！吃了一天早餐，之後再無心光顧！而且預訂時還説有價值八十元的迎賓水果，到了之後發現衹是一個橙子➕六個小西紅柿！真是無語了！要不是覺得這個酒店離機場近些，是絕不會入住的！

酒店環境不錯，停車場很大 ，現在市內像這種規模的已經是很少見啦！大堂很氣派很温馨，尤其是茶吧區，坐着喝個小茶看看書，別有一番風味，服務超讚，走哪都能看到服務人員甜甜的笑容、親切的問候，很是暖心，客房衞生打掃的很及時很乾凈，早餐菜品多樣，最喜歡的就是羊雜湯，很美味哦😁
