五星級的收費，三星級的體驗。掛羊頭賣狗肉的黑心商家:1.加盟店，會員用不了。2.説的免費停車，停車場收取停車費7元，與酒店溝通協商，酒店答覆無法處理。自認倒黴。3.大廳的一半區域就是冷庫。

酒店很新，軟裝設施一流。房間乾淨整潔。周邊商業餐飲豐富。前台經理曹瑞待客熱情周到，不僅詳細介紹了周邊的商業餐飲。還幫你瞭解買賣羊肉如何避坑。早餐品種豐富，菜品新鮮可口。二樓有免費自助洗衣，讓您倍感家的温馨。要了二瓶水，機器人送過來。除了有點話嘮，模樣倒也很卡哇伊。

設施：齊全且新，還有機器人服務，洗衣房和健身房都很方便。
衞生：非常好👍，沒得説，住的讓人舒心！
環境：位置優越，交通便利，底下停車場也很大。
服務：服務態度好且周到，給我升級了房間，免費送了一個14歲大齡小童孩子的早餐👍，還貼心的送了果盤。

早餐10點結束，9點10分左右去的時候大部分菜沒了。廚房告知在做，吃了其他東西，9點半多了，發現一個菜都沒有做。麪條還是提前做好放着的，年已經坨了，沒有勁道。

出差住過很多酒店，銀川光耀中心希爾頓歡朋酒店也住過幾次了不管是硬件設施還是軟件服務，體驗都很棒，酒店房間乾淨整潔，前台接待和客房服務員服務態度和技能都很好，早餐非常不錯，種類很多，味道也很nice，樓下有地下車庫，停車很方便，很好的一次入住體驗。

房間整體感覺不錯，還免費升房型，地段不錯，晚上不會吵能睡個好覺。
精選下午茶:免費送一直沒有體驗過，
泰籣德泰式古法按摩、SPA代金券:好像也是需要加錢使用，所以沒有用過。

設施：房間設備齊全，風格別具一格、酒店還具備健身房和洗衣房，解決很多外出出差的困擾，值得首選
衞生：乾淨整潔，給人舒心的感覺
環境：特別温馨，進門兩邊都是可以坐着休息的地方，還有可以短暫辦公的地方，真的很不錯，而且酒店內每個員工都特別和藹可親
服務：前台工作人員小余和其他美女員工特別熱情，耐心給我們進行業務辦理與引導，幫助我們解決科很多問題
餐食：早餐種類豐富，好吃又健康，愛吃愛吃

服務：服務非常好，辦理入住的美女很好，客房的美女姐姐見了我就問好，心情都美麗了。最值得表揚的是早餐的服務，幾位美女服務員都給我服務我都不好意思了，筷子都給我遞到手裡了，為了寫專門問了名字（孫軍霞，吳榮美，劉梅）。還有個帥哥是個管理人員就不説了
設施：設施比較完善，有健身房和洗衣房。
衞生：衞生也特別好，好的酒店細節做的非常到位。
菜品也非常可口，種類挺多，值得體驗

酒店的前台的服務小姐姐特別好，提前打電話溝通住房的訴求，我們南方人怕冷，她們提前為我們開了空調，還送了一個希爾頓抱枕，孩子開心死了，客房衞生很乾凈，早餐也不錯，一直都認歡朋這個品牌，不錯不錯。大力推薦
