要熱水沒熱水，情侶房間還有一個耳機是壞的，還就一雙拖鞋，這些就算了，借個充電寶歸還出錯了，然後我申訴給客服，肯定沒有人，打電話也沒有人，一直不處理然後直接扣我99，歸還出錯是我的問題，那你倒是讓它再拿出來阿，拿到拿不出來，申訴還沒人處理

第一次給半夜打差評先説好的客觀公正的説，前台還是稱職的總體衞生環境一般，馬馬虎虎接下來説差的，酒店太吵，房間隔音非常差，電梯間的聲音一直響，隔壁的動靜聽的一清二楚，加上酒店的床床墊非常硬，就在席夢思上蓋了個墊單，老是覺得身上癢。然後在長達1個多小時的翻來覆去中，毅然決定退房住到了隔壁酒店。這是一次很無語的體驗，隔音太差了，不知道評的4.6分
