The hotel service was very poor. I lost an umbrella. I called the hotel front desk at noon on the day of check-out and asked them to look for it and see if it was lost in the room. The front desk said they would check and get back to me, but they didn’t reply at noon the next day. Me, I asked the front desk again the next day, and the front desk still said she would check and get back to me, but the result was no news again. In fact, the umbrella is not valuable. If it was not left in the room, just give me a reply saying no, no news. What kind of service is this?

My friend and I stayed at the parking last night. The security staff was directing the reverse. The front desk lady was so beautiful. The check-in was very fast. The attitude was good. The hotel looked at the high-end atmosphere. The floor was also high. The room was very quiet. The breakfast was very quiet. The beef noodles were recommended. The location of the hotel is very good. You can walk to Bafang Thirteenth Alley in about 1 minute. The hotel's security guard will assist with parking throughout the process. The receptionist at the front desk is also very enthusiastic. This triple room is highly recommended. There are two sofas and 3 beds in it. The beds, two of which are relatively large, are highly recommended for family travel. Breakfast is on the first floor. It will be great to stay here in the summer.

Especially the free pick-up and drop-off service in the city is very considerate! Free disposable toilet seats are provided in the bathroom. The hotel yard is relatively large and parking is convenient, which is very suitable for friends who drive by themselves. The double bed room we booked does not include breakfast. You need to pay an additional 15 yuan per person for meals. The breakfast variety is quite rich, but the beef noodles taste not complimentary.

GGuest User淋浴的噴頭是掉落的，整個都沒法洗，衹能一衹手拿着一衹手洗。難道打掃的人員都不檢查的嗎？毛巾都灰灰的，洗不乾淨的感覺了，建議還是換一批吧！
隔壁是汽車站，後面是汽車停車場，所以環境一般。
早餐18一個人，但是基本沒啥吃的，我吃了一碗蛋炒飯，我女兒吃炒麪，其餘基本沒啥可吃了。
