Staying in the room feels good, well decorated, clean and tidy, quiet and not noisy at night. The hotel is close to Wujianshan National Forest Park and is also convenient to downtown Yueyang. There is free parking in an underground garage.

我是出差晚上路過臨湘下高速入住這家酒店的，服務已經差的不能再差了，前台接待根本沒有禮貌用語上來就問有預訂麼，我定的是含雙早的房間，前台不主動告知含早，也不會主動提供早餐券！
我早晨6.40退房早餐廳已經準備好了，兩個工作人員在餐廳抽着煙，我拿了早餐券進去給工作人員説要吃早餐我要早點趕路，工作人員拿了我的早餐券然後把餐廳的燈關了讓我七點以後再來，我説你們早餐都準備好了我簡單吃一口就趕路了，而且我是含早的，然後他就用他那抽完煙的臟手拿了一個玉米兩個雞蛋給我讓我出去吃一遍又一遍的哄我出去，我非常的生氣，我坐進去用餐是我的權利，我沒有説一定要吃什麼，我就一個要求我能坐在餐廳簡單吃一口而已，在我一再堅持下兩名跟牲口一樣的工作人員還在跟我**叨叨的，我也不想跟這些人**了！黑燈瞎火的我吃點拉倒了！真是服了，維也納酒店真的把臨湘這個城市的臉丟！

1-2攝氏度的天氣，這個酒店：第一、空調根本不制熱；第二、熱水放了一個小時還是温的；第三、床頭的插口是壞的，根本插不進充電器；第四、早餐非常非常少，七點半湯粉都沒了，其他的早餐也衹有五六種，連個白粥都沒有鹹菜。
