Hotel wasn't dirty But It could've been cleaner. We liked our stay there for one night. City center is in walking distance. That's a huge plus. Photo is of a wheel Near to the hotel.

年初十二回天津，趕上大雪住宿臨沂，旅遊了十幾天同等價位的酒店這家最好。房間大，落地大窗顯得房間明亮，外面河邊景色不錯，並且安靜。屋裡有暖氣，温暖舒適，床品好，衞生間乾淨利落，熱水充足，大屏幕電視。一樓有個餐廳，也可以點菜送到房間裏吃，驚訝的是價格便宜量大味道好，十幾塊錢一個的各種菜品，有幾十種之多。早餐也不錯，品種有涼菜熱菜，雞蛋油條，豆漿稀飯。自己酒店的停車場，寬敞方便，服務員及前台有問必答，微笑熱情。新澳海景大酒店，下次過臨沂還住這裏！

位置在河邊，房間在一樓，有蚊子，停車方便，窗户外就是停車場，白天應該有些亂，晚上還好比較安靜，衞生不錯，如果自駕到周圍比較方便。

酒店位置就在新琅琊古城附近，晚上去兜兜轉轉還是不錯的，房間整體還比較乾淨，就是空間有點小了一點點，周邊吃飯的地方很多，量大且實惠
