如果來臨沂市裡玩 這個位置非常好。離必打卡景點都不遠，基本步行都可以。
節假日這樣的房價真的很便宜！性價比可以的。
就是房間設施和環境一般，不過床還是挺大挺舒服的，該有的都有，而且也比較安靜。
夏天慎住，空調不太好用。
免費停車，停車位還是比較充足。
服務態度挺好的，打掃阿姨也很親切。

酒店位置好，運動、吃飯、遊玩都方便，距離王羲之故居很近；酒店號稱負氧離子酒店，感覺名不副實；酒店環境還可以，房間裏開關燈不方便；酒店有自己的停車場，停車安全方便；酒店人員服務態度挺好的！

**酒店，環境特別臟，去了以後桌子上全是碎屑，甚至有殘留垃圾，浴室窗簾也是掉在地上沒有維修，申請更換的房間，我是會員2點退房，走的那天才説他們酒店就是要求1點退房，當時我在學習沒看到電話，她們在那裡閑的**也不上去提醒一下，退房時直接説扣按金二十，已經交了100按金，我考完四點多了還沒有退剩下的80，去了以後直接説退了，然後給她看的紀錄才給退剩下的，扣20就算了，剩下80也不想退，黑心**，態度服務特別差，最後走的時候還隱約聽見罵我們**，必須差評，沒住過這麼差的酒店，真**給臨沂丟人，趕緊閉店吧！

缺點：1.住了這麼多年的酒店，很久都不需要按金了，這次竟然還要交按金

看了評價 有好有壞 因為帶孩子 剛好有兩張1.5米的床 果斷選擇了 果然沒有讓人失望 一百出頭簡直太划算 出來玩了好多地方 旅遊季房子真是貴到離譜 這家床又大又舒服 房間空間也非常大 關鍵是超便宜 性價比極高

房間裏衞生間很臟，地板的污垢都沒怎麼處理！購買大床房時顯示24平米多的房間，實際房間特別小，連一半都沒有！水龍頭裡的熱水發黃，很噁心！最讓人無語的是，早上不到7點，樓上就開始裝修，電鑽聲、鎚子聲，腦子都要炸了！！還讓人怎麼休息！！非常差的一次體驗！！
