A very unsatisfactory accommodation experience! I had quite a bit of trust in this brand of hotel. But this time it completely collapsed. First of all, the girl at the front desk was indifferent. I stood at the front desk and waited for a long time, although he was busy checking in other customers. But I stood there for a long time, and he didn't even say hello, even if he said, please wait. I didn't feel so uncomfortable in my heart. The cold attitude made people who were away from home feel a little sad. Secondly, after entering the room, it was like entering a furnace, very hot. I wanted to turn on the air conditioner to cool down, but the air conditioner didn't have any cold air, so I called the front desk. The front desk said that the weather was not hot now. So they used unified heating as an excuse. They prevaricated me, saying that only warm air can be turned on and not cold air, which is weird! I just want to know who is still heating in this weather, which community is still heating, and who needs to turn on the heating when entering the house? It must be hot after playing for a day. The reason given by the front desk is inappropriate. Instead, it makes people feel that they don't let everyone turn on the air conditioner to save electricity. Secondly, the sanitation is not good. There is the kind of dirt on the bedside table that can't be wiped off. I used wet wipes but couldn't wipe it off. There is white powdery stuff on the bag outside the hair dryer in the bathroom. I don't know what it is. I cleaned it with water and wiped the hair dryer before I dared to use it. I don't know how long it has been since I wiped the window. It's so dirty! The room is nearly 200 more expensive than usual during this holiday, but the service and sanitation can't keep up, and the space in the room is a bit small. The distance between the chair next to the table and the end of the bed is not enough for one person to walk over easily. You have to turn sideways. The soundproofing of the room is so amazing that I can hear the snoring of the next room in the middle of the night. The front desk didn't have earplugs, and I bought earplugs from takeout in the middle of the night! The breakfast time is even worse. The restaurant can't accommodate anyone at all. There is not enough space to sit. My child and I stood there stupidly waiting for a long time! But after checking out, I was thankful that the tall guy with glasses helped me carry things to the car. Give him a thumbs up!

The staff had a very good service attitude and gave us a fruit plate. The room was also nice and cleaned promptly. There was also a terrace in the room. I will stay here again next time.
