設施：設施很全，非常的完備。
衞生：衞生超級乾淨，清理的挺到位的。
環境：環境非常好，也很便利。
服務：房主服務特別好，態度也很好。
房間內空間真的很大，一進去就很開闊空間，所以空間大了，住着心情就會很好，不會很悶。贊！

房間乾淨整潔，地板潔凈舒適，屋內有地暖，不需要開空調就很舒服的温度，停車也方便，適合自駕的朋友，很晚了房東也回覆及時，感謝！對臨沂的印象很好，臨近萬達和吾悦廣場，買東西看電影都很方便
