Bed was uncomfortable, blanket was so noisy.
Breakfast aren't various and enough.
Staffs are not that kind.
Just hot spring places were good.

🎉一次不錯的親子游經歷🥰
五一假期的最後一天錯峯出遊，選擇了兩室合院，環境安靜設施齊全，小院裏還有獨立的私湯池，適合帶長者和孩子的全家出遊
因為是假期最後一天，酒店客人不是很多，泳池、温泉，汗蒸和早餐體驗都很不錯，已經推薦給了很多身邊帶孩子的朋友
工作人員服務態度很好，提供免費的水果、嬰兒床和客房佈置，還送來了特產麻花，退房時和離開後都有電話回訪入住體驗

袁家村瑞斯麗作為新晉打卡酒店，從開業伊始便生意興隆。本次趁週末人少，帶娃娃來拔拔草，不但温泉超出預期，連小童俱樂部都很有意思，還親手做了米奇版的華夫餅。
特地感謝前台王春哲王經理，熱情周到，服務專業，後面有機會再來！

酒店環境很好，非常適合帶小朋友來。房間配有專門的小童拖鞋牙刷浴袍等，想的很周到。前台的王春哲服務很貼心，到店時間有些晚了，還幫我們聯繫廚房看有沒有夜宵，並幫我們預約第二天的小童俱樂部。廚房的菜品和服務都很不錯👍值得推薦

跟朋友一起訂的3室合院，房間院子很大，適合家庭聚會。還有泡池，環境很美，有一種蘇式園林的感覺，服務也特別周到，特別是王管家，很熱情，凌晨一點還幫我們解決服務問題。值得推薦。[愉快][愉快][愉快][愉快]

開在袁家村裡的酒店，都到門口了，限流不讓進，酒店不予溝通説他們沒辦法，讓我們繞路走，繞了一大圈，一是找不到路，二是堵車嚴重，入住前的好心情全搞沒了，要不開了一個多小時車過來，真想扭頭走。進酒店反應情況，前台很傲慢嘴裏嘟囔着“我們沒有限流啊”然後扭頭問同事“今天限流了嗎？”。酒店大門很小，前台一點點，樓道也是窄小，處處給人一種“小”的感覺。温泉室外太冷就在市內泡，結果池子40+的温度，燙的進不去。早餐9點過去，菜品都是涼的。房間温度也上不來。真的很一般。3星酒店最多了。客房服務值得表揚，迴應速度都很快。

從體驗來看五星級是達不到的，怎麼就五星了？高級歡迎水果就是這，牙刷太難用了，刷的牙疼，和西安的五星酒店沒法比，很多池子温度不夠31℃33℃，泡一會兒很難受，説好的温泉呢？人太多體驗不好，花了1500這個體驗，不值
