No enthusiasm from the front desk staff. The breakfast food was very good. The view from the restaurant is superb.
But my child lives in a room at the end of the corridor. There was a machine sound in the middle of the night on the first night. It affected my sleep. I went to the front desk the next day and asked to change the room, and said no. But the noise problem will be dealt with. But there was still the second night, Complained again. Only said to turn off the pool machine. There was no noise on the third night. Does this mean that they did not pay attention to the problems of the guests. So the service is poor.

Excellent boutique hotel walkable to most of the city’s main attractions. Just a few steps from the nightlife of the Bairro Alto neighborhood, but the hotel is set back a bit from the main streets so it’s still quiet. The hotel sits on the hillside overlooking Lisbon so rooms on that side of the hotel have great views. Although we visited in January, the pool looked like an excellent place to sit with some drinks in the summer.

We had the most awesome stay at the Memmo Principe Real in Lisbon. From a driver pickup at the airport, to a charming welcome, we enjoyed every moment of our stay. This was our first time in Lisbon, and we could not have stayed at any better hotel, the location to explore the city was perfect, our room facilities were beautiful and well serviced, we were treated with such kindness by all the staff and the guest relations/concierge arranged our activities which we loved. We were made so welcome, and we were treated with champagne and handmade chocolates and delights. The pool is heated and we could swim in the early morning or after a long day out exploring. The actual room led out out into a garden with views over the city. The food was of excellent standards but the most important is you were made to feel incredibly welcome and special as a guest at this hotel. We would definitely come back here again, and highly recommend the Memmo Principe Real.

I quite liked this hotel. Staff were friendly, breakfast was delicious and expansive, and the views from principe real were gorgeous. A wonderful base from which to explore lisbon. There was a fruit plate welcoming me in my room and complimentary white port, tonic and wine for diy in-room cocktail. A lovely touch.

The hotel is in an excellent location and has the best views . You can walk to everything you are most likely seeing in Lisbon. overall an amazing hotel. Although pricey, it is worth every penny. I would recommend to anyone who is visiting Lisbon.

We were not not only very satisfied with the hotel services and room, but really overwhelmed by the warmth, friendliness and professionalism of the all the staff from front desk, the restaurant and to housekeeping. It really made our stay memorable and superb.

The Memmo was great. The view of Lisbon is fantastic. The accommodations, staff, food location, etc. are outstanding. Highly recommend to anyone considering a Lisbon vacation.

We had a great experience at this hotel - it is modern and fresh and has amazing views of Lisbon right from the hotel. The staff was attentive and the breakfasts are amazing. The principe real area has shops, restaurants and a park right in the neighborhood. It’s also a relatively short walk down the hill ( but historic Lisbon trolly ride can be used !) to then main area of Lisbon. Glad to have found this hotel.

Nice place in a good location. The surroundings of the hotel are very interesting. You can get to many nice places in a short time. The hotel is a quiet and comfortable place in a busy city.
