Lovely hotel, lovely staff and front desk people. It’s close to the metro and it’s a walkable distance to the city centre too.

Room was smaller than pics show but that was somewhat expected. Everything was very clean and check-in was quick and smooth. For the price, the location was very good - very close to the metro though we mostly took advance of the very reasonably priced Bolt rides. The main critique is the breakfast. This is charged as an extra and honestly isn’t worth it at all if you want more than a continental spread (there’s scrambled egg and a small amount of bacon but that’s it) - would recommend finding your own breakfast elsewhere. Overall a budget friendly option and a decent place to rest after a long day exploring the city :)

Breakfast was the same menu everyday during our 10 days stay . Would suggest change to another variety n keep it instead at least at every alternative day specially for guests staying for many days it gets kind of a boring menu

It was really good value for what I paid . The breakfast is limited but good enough . It was very clean

Staff was really friendly at the front desk. The room was ready in the morning and they let me go up to my room unlike many places where they only let you in in the afternoon. Breakfast was good specially the croissants. Don’t ever change them for cheap store bought ones.

The room was too small and there was no water in the room I had to ask for it and they gave me some tap water also it was very noisy at night

Good location as hotel is near to bus and metro station. The hotel breakfast is simple yet adequate, coffee machine and juice machine are accessible 24 hours 🤩. Housekeeping is daily without charged as many others imposed fees. Late checkout is permitted up to 1pm even to 1:30pm for my case. Luggage storage at hotel is complimentary The room size is kind like small and luggage can’t open fully is the only short side for me.

The service at Sao Bento Hotel was good, easy to get to and near public transport with lots of restaurants around. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly , Hotel rooms were very clean, comfortable beds and lots of English Channels on TV to choose from. I will definitely be staying at Sao Bento again

Nice and kind staff. Enjoyed breakfast.

The first night we arrived late and the room hadn't been cleaned. We were given another room the next day, which was fine. The receptionists were super sweet and very helpful. The cleaners really forgot a lot, like coffee, tea, and water. Breakfast was fine, and the location was great.

I asked to change to a double bed, but they changed my room to two beds pushed together again, but I wanted a double! But apart from this small inconvenience, the breakfast was good and the hotel was very clean!

Good room. Close to the subway, friendly service.
