The room was too small and there was no water in the room I had to ask for it and they gave me some tap water also it was very noisy at night

Good location as hotel is near to bus and metro station. The hotel breakfast is simple yet adequate, coffee machine and juice machine are accessible 24 hours 🤩. Housekeeping is daily without charged as many others imposed fees. Late checkout is permitted up to 1pm even to 1:30pm for my case. Luggage storage at hotel is complimentary The room size is kind like small and luggage can’t open fully is the only short side for me.

The service at Sao Bento Hotel was good, easy to get to and near public transport with lots of restaurants around. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly , Hotel rooms were very clean, comfortable beds and lots of English Channels on TV to choose from. I will definitely be staying at Sao Bento again

The location is excellent and a few walk to the metro. Also, I could reach most places just by walking. Nice room and very good breakfast. Available, patient, and helpful staff who could speak English very fluently. Great WIFI everywhere in the hotel.

One person at the reception (in the morning shift) was really helpful, he managed to save our NYE night. The room was too small, no place to be standing

The hotel is in a great location, close to the subway 🚇. The check-in staff was very enthusiastic, introducing us to local delicacies and helping us as much as possible!

Very clean rooms, good location, parking is available but a bit far away and there is a fee. Breakfast is terrible.

The room is small, the breakfast is average, I booked a twin bed, but was given a big bed when I arrived. I stayed for two nights, but they didn't come to clean the room.
