You will feel like home when staying at this place! Great location for young traveler who wants peace.

Quite area, Clean and convenient. There 2 bathrooms and good for 4 pax.

Nice location and automated check in. However, automation prevents check in if not all guests are present. Unfriendly guest relations staff and found blood and bugs in the bed linen

Check in process is tedious. Could have been better with pre check in service to be done online before arrival. No support on site. Housekeeping is not consistent , cups were removed, no top up of tea bags. The only good point is great location and washing machine.

When register we get an assistance from the service apartment staff, in our booking voucher already mentioned is 2 adult, 2 children and during key in info into the auto check-in machine, my kid saw she key-in 4 adults and question her why is 4 adult but she just ignore him, end up we have to paid more tax.  When we write the email request for tax refund back, they immediately said cannot refund, i further request and on the 2nd only willing to refund back additional tax we paid, and you need to have euro account or paypal only can refund , we pay additional 24 euro, but they only refund we in USD24.

Smart, clean accommodation in a very convenient location. Comfy beds, good shower, and neat kitchen. The only downside is that you get night-time noise from revellers as they go down the street. This didn't stop us from having a fantastic stay. The staff were so helpful and friendly and having a washing machine was a bonus.
