The room is clean and sanitary, and the environment is quiet. There is a large underground parking garage, which is a test for parking skills. The passage is steep and narrow. Everything else is fine!

This is very good hotel considering the price I paid vs other hotels. It’s clean and staff available 24h and helpful. You have to pay for Breakfast if you want to eat there. It’s very simple one so don’t expect much there except egg, cereal or oatmeals one or two kinds of cheese. Coffee and few different juices. Also few pastries. Most like about it is how close to all attraction and city center for the tourist. It’s 2 minutes walking from metro, tram and bus pickups. You just need to ask which line to take to go where you want.

Lack of professionalism and bad behavior of the employees, had one the worst stays Iver had in my entire life, the place is very centred but the street is very ugly, the hotel is not that bad, the problem is the employees that are very rude and don't even speak English

We have just returned from a 3 day/2 night weekend at this hotel. Certainly the location is quite practical, green metro line nearby. But the advantages of this hotel stop there. The director is simply unbearable, she looks down on both her employees and her customers. The rooms are basic and noisy, and for ours without functional air conditioning (for a 3 star, this is the minimum), after multiple requests we are taken for walks: the air conditioning only works from 4 p.m. / you have to wait 1 hour to feel the effects / it's too hot outside for it to work... The shower lacks pressure, and cold water is limited. The bidet was clogged. The breakfast was more than basic (no eggs or fresh juice). The luggage storage system is non-existent, they are available in front of the bar. In short, move on, you will find better elsewhere.
