Stayed 3 nights from 19th to 22nd September, with family booked a family suite room. We arrived late evening and the check in was okish. There was a lady customer service assistant who was very irate with the male customer service assistant. When asked for an iron, they stated the current iron had been stolen by another customer, so we had no use of an iron during our stay. The room was fine, but the wif was very weak, lack of tea bags, sugar and mugs- only 2, and we was 4!. They obviously did not stock up for us. Asked the customer service guy to provide tea bags and extra mugs, he said tea bags not available and gave us 2 mismatched mugs. Towels and sheets were changed daily, hotel in great location but customer service was appalling from the female customer service assistant. When we checked out, she said absolutely nothing, cause she was busy being mad with another assistant. This was quite evident on leaving the hotel, paid all this money to stay and not a good bye or thanks for staying here! You need to train this lady in how to behave in front of customers please.

Stayed for 2 nights while attending a music festival. Fantastic staff, very friendly and helpful. Very clean and tidy room. Breakfast was nice. Tea,coffee, juices plus choice of hot food or cold continental. Highly recommend. X

Stayed here 1 night as my flight got cancelled, it was the best stay out of all the pervious hotels I’d stayed at in Portugal. Wi-Fi didn’t work. Room was perfect breakfast was good. Would recommend to all.

Definitely not a one-star hotel, it is much better. The location is great, next to the Saldanha metro station. The room is a bit small but has everything you need. It is very clean. Breakfast could be with much more variety, though it is tasty.

Pátria is a super well located hotel, in a flat region of Lisbon, served by buses and metro with access to all points of interest in the city. The apar**ent is small but well planned: it accommodated 3 people without any hassles. The breakfast has the essentials, of good quality. At night the region is silent and sleep is great. The service team at reception, coffee and governance is attentive and friendly, providing the necessary support when requested. There are many food options nearby, with simple and good standard restaurants. A few blocks away is the El Corte Inglés store, which has a good food court and offers varied and sophisticated shopping. The hotel is simple, small (only 4 floors in a building of 6) and caters very well to those traveling for tourism or leisure and who value a good breakfast, good shower and a good night's sleep.

Excellent price-quality ratio. It looks like more stars than the ones it presents. Excellent room. Careful hygiene. Good amenities. Excellent pillows. Friendliness of the employees. Very well located. Perhaps parking is somewhat difficult.

I stayed at this hotel with my sister and we were amazed that it didn't have more stars. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood near Eduardo Settimo Park and the stops that connect the whole city. The room is as in the photo: spacious, beautiful and with a terrace overlooking the street which is full of bars, shops and supermarkets. The breakfast is good and varied and the staff is friendly. Highly recommended.
