After postponing our trip due to the pandemic, we received a voucher. But when we tried to contact them again early 2021 for another date to stay, they never responded. They appear to be bankrupt or out of business. We manage to recuperate our money through the creditcard company by claiming fraudulent transaction.

nous avons réservé pour mars 2020, et la réservation a donc été annulée de leur part cause COVID. Depuis, nous n'avons jamais pu rentrer en contact avec aucun des numéros/mails/whatsapp pour réserver notre séjour de nouveau. Ils ont donc gardé notre argent, j'imagine qu'ils sont en faillite...
