The location of the hotel is very good and it is convenient to go everywhere, but the decoration of the room is a bit old. The river view room is really nice. You can see the musical fountain without any obstruction at night. Thank you to the sister at the front desk for arranging the floor. Basically, a taxi ride from the hotel to various places does not cost more than 11 yuan. The advantage of the city center is that you can watch the sunrise early.

Facilities: Old, the carpets and sofas were unbearably dirty, and there was a hole as big as the bathroom door. After taking a shower, water flooded the place. Hygiene: Not good. Someone spilled some drink on the carpet next to the bed. When I was sleeping, I always smelled the smell of fruit tea mixed with the stale smell of the carpet, which was sour and refreshing. Environment: It is close to the pedestrian street and the Internet celebrity vegetable market. The surrounding area is so congested that it takes almost two hours to drive for one kilometer. Service: The front desk service is okay, the only saving grace of this hotel.

First of all, make sure the location of the hotel is right next to Wuxing Street and by the Liuhe River. But apart from the location the hotel can hardly find any positive points. The service attitude of some two front desks is average (mostly ok), and they are a bit indifferent. The room was large but very old, and the hinges on the cabinet door were louder than a tractor! The view from the room was okay, but the windows were closed and there was no air circulation at all. Bedding, carpets, towels, everything was dirty. There was no wifi, and there was no signal almost the whole time. At twelve o'clock in the night, there were still staff repairing something in the equipment room, chatting loudly and putting away their mobile phones. Breakfast is average, basically nothing at nine o'clock, coffee is even instant sweet. But the breakfast room has an unparalleled view, looking across the river. Finally, the mood supplies on the table are really cheap.

超級喜歡前台小姐姐，南方姐姐都好温柔，也細心，給的遊玩攻略兼職是遊玩必備，也是螺螄粉愛好者的天堂。本來衹是想來吃一天螺螄粉的，酒店乾淨很大，睡着很舒服，廁所也很大，可以二個人一起洗漱，就已經很滿足了。結果還有驚喜，臨近海邊，夜市，步行街，吃了好多好吃的，玩的體驗感更好了，選個好地方居住真的很重要，開開心心的回家咯

1.隔音不行，睡在床上能聽到隔壁房間水龍頭聲音，外面關門聲 2.室內開燈設定在床頭，進門插卡後要到床頭才能開燈 3.空調温度設定不智能，不管設定幾度，室內温度都是21,22度，冷死了 4.下雨天酒店派發的雨衣，衹給當天新入住的住客，我們住兩天的打電話給前台就説派完了

前台幫我免費升級房間了，江景雙床，正好能看到音樂噴泉。還送了早餐券，非常滿意。 酒店位置很好，步行街就在樓下，音樂噴泉也就在樓下，去青雲市場、高鐵站都很近，離柳侯公園也很近。

地處五星步行街旁，走路2分鐘就到，而且酒店前50米就是兩邊。環境安靜。大唐大氣，高頂闊氣。房間雖然設施不豪華，但勝於寬敞明亮 舒服乾淨衞生。家庭旅遊必須可以。餐廳在23樓，臨江而座，視眼開闊。

位置一流，下樓就是步行街，酒店有專有停車區，比較多車位，對自駕遊客友好，前台服務態度好，房間還幫忙升了級，房間設施保持得好，還很新凈。

我住了許多城市的維也納店，這間維也納店是我住的最差，價格最貴的一家店，雖然大堂富麗堂皇的，一進房間一股發黴的味道味讓人很不舒服，牆面有黴斑。讓我對維也納大失所望。一晚475元的房間值不值這個價錢？很無語

在柳州逛吃這裏位置是絕佳的 青雲市場是我家 基本每天都去 租電驢從這裏酒店非常方便 幹早市 午市還是夜市 打車去火車站也方便 免費升級江景good good 是老牌輕奢酒店 可以信賴服務

😍前台美女姐姐都好好啊！很親切，不僅給我們升級房間和送早餐，而且我們的需求都有滿足到！清潔阿姨也很nice，我們寫的小紙條阿姨有看到！哈哈哈哈哈哈

酒店位置好，離柳江和五星步行街很近；有自己專有的停車位免費停車；訂的大床房，因帶着小孫孫前台美眉很貼心給調了一間雙床房，很滿意。衹是房間窗户是固定的打不開，經詢問前台説是為了安全都是這樣的，也罷衹是還未送冷氣，一晚上很熱

我們去的比較早，十二點就已經到了，然後我們訂的房型沒有了前台小姐姐免費給我們升級了房型，酒店就在五星步行街，去哪都比較方便，晚上在酒店往江外看夜景感覺非常棒
