這個酒店在一個公園裡，去市中心不太方便，周邊啥吃的都沒有，衹有兩層，定了一個一樓的雙卧，這設計真的無語！！！兩間房住四個人，大床1.8米，在客廳衹有一個屏風遮擋，剛好把空調擋了，很熱，廁所和洗澡的都是開放式的，全玻璃，四個人住你説尷尬不尷尬，四個人得輪流洗澡、上廁所。另外在一樓有黴味，入住的時候服務員也不開空調，柳州38度的高温，進來還有一股黴味，晚上回來一衹大蟑螂從屋頂飛下來，整個人都崩潰，會飛，同行小夥伴打了兩次才打死（沒拍照，太噁心了，店家要槓就去翻垃圾桶對證）。早餐無敵敷衍，橙汁都是沖的，橙紅色，果粒橙都買不起嗎？有顆花菜 ，上面有個小毛毛蟲，給服務員看了！還有這裏也沒有服務可言，説了主卧空調被擋住了，很熱，要個風扇沒有，過來説調成送風，差點被熱送走。總之，酒店品質很差，山水園林的設計很招蟲子，從走廊的黴味到房間的黴味到蟑螂、飛蟲、蚊子，就讓人覺得很不舒服，很臟。

環境：一進房間就聞到了很重的黴味喝寵物的味道。不知道是什麼情況。黴味真的太重了
設施：空調是壞的，也沒法用。
服務：服務還行，沒什麼好吐槽，還有就是兩個卧室，卻衹有一份早餐，也是想不通這個邏輯。
總之還是挺失望的一次入住

很久沒住過要按金的酒店了。下午六點左右辦理入住，整個大堂衹有前台一個女生，酒店沒有電梯，也沒有人幫忙提行李，上樓的時候前台説要幫我們搬，問了一句能提得動嗎，她也就順水推舟地回去了，沒有幫忙搭把手，連小孩的行李箱都是自己搬上樓的。酒店的生態環境很棒棒，進門就看見床頭爬着一衹蜘蛛，牆角還有一衹掛了的不知道是小強還是甲蟲，第二天餐廳吃飯居然飛進一衹蒼蠅，叫了服務生過來，他看了就一句哦，有蒼蠅啊，就端走了，過幾分鐘過來説給我們重做一份，全程沒有一句抱歉，估計是司空見慣了，整個酒店的服務意識連民宿都不如。

小環境看得到處處用了心。裝修風格、依雲水、自動沖洗馬桶、衞洗麗，值得點贊
早餐尚有待改進。吐司沒配果醬，問服務員要了後拿來的是一個大瓶，客人隨意用。疫情尚未完全結束，尤不可取……
