之前定了一家，看評論還不錯，很晚到店，發現一進房間就是讓我感受到如家的風格，實在是受不了，就退了。臨時定的這家居然沒讓我失望，首先酒店前台一看就是培訓過的，專業程度很高，安排的房間讓我能一覺到天亮，非常安靜舒適。再説早餐，沒有五星級也有五星級的感覺，不管從座位的安排和早餐工作人員的禮儀都非常不錯！之前對柳州酒店印象在富力萬達，但我感覺這家酒店雖然設施不能相比，其他都有的一比。推薦！

衞生：房間乾淨整潔進門無異味，大堂已經客房走廊香薰系統不錯
環境：房間以及大堂環境不錯
服務：客房餐廳以及前廳服務員都很有禮貌，服務態度很好
設施：餐廳早餐品類豐富多樣，配套設施有餐廳會議室和洗衣房，暫時沒有健身房，配套設施也挺齊全的

房間給我們升級了，非常寬敞明亮，很乾凈，風景不錯，窗外就是江景，打車去逛吃逛吃很方便，基本上就十分鐘。前台服務也很貼心，我們退房晚了點還貼心的幫我們續了一下，總之體驗很好，非常推薦！

酒店位於柳江旁，開窗可見美麗江景，房間佈局合理，衞生間超大，早餐不錯，入住還有水果贈送，馬路對面就是雙魚滙，很多各式各樣口味的餐館，工作人員熱情禮貌，略有不足就是房間窗户稍小，前台經常衹有一人，人多時入住辦理稍慢，電梯無需刷卡這點不太好

這算是柳州比較好的酒店啦 看很多人推薦
環境很好 房間比較大 距離很多景點打車其實也就十幾塊 很方便！
辦理入住的時候感覺衹有一個工作人員比較慢，沒有歡迎水果（我是攜程升級了豪華城景）不知道是不是豪華海景才有？
早餐品種豐富 茶葉很好喝 螺螄粉的阿姨第一天的很好 第二天的做的不好吃而且態度不咋好
總體滿意 下次來還會住的

房間很寬敞， 定的江景房， 柳江之美名不虛傳，美中不足是窗户稍小。
到的時間過了中午飯點， 外面很多飯店廚師都休息了， 去酒店餐廳試試運氣，服務員熱情的又把酒店廚師請來給做了飯吃， 不貴還很美味。
酒店服務員都非常熱情， 尤其表揚收拾房間衞生的阿姨， 我們洗了幾件衣服，阿姨收拾房間時不單把我們沒疊的衣服幫忙疊了，還貼心的給了幾個衣架幫着把衣服晾了，藉此再次感謝。
説點不足： 宣傳的泳池和健身房都不開，所以給了四分。
另外， 通過攜程訂本酒店比直接在酒店訂要貴不少，當然這不是酒店的問題…

酒店地理位置方便，近柳州工業博物館，窯埠古鎮，東堤水上公交。房間寬敞明亮，乾淨舒適。不但陽台正對江景，洗手間也正對江景。酒店自助早餐豐富，螺螄粉也好吃。對着柳江吃下午茶，也是一大享受。酒店工作人員態度非常好，有求必應。下次來柳州，也會選這間酒店。

超滿意的一次酒店，特別是酒店早餐，雖然是贈送的，但一點都不含糊。現煮螺獅粉，有各種茶葉現泡，吃了三天早餐，水果和甜點每天供應4款都不重樣。
生日當天入住免費升級了江景大床房，可以眺望兩條大橋，步行到遊船碼頭約800米。酒店每天送迷你吧和水果，床上用品很舒服。比市中心的酒店便宜，房間寬敞明亮。

無論是酒店環境還是服務還是早餐都非常完美！300多能住到這樣的酒店太滿意啦！江景房空間很大，帶孩子的也足夠了，早點很好吃，品類雖然沒有温德姆多，但是比温德姆好吃，咖啡有現磨的，茶葉給了四種選擇，炸品都很好吃，尤其椰絲榴蓮芝心球，我非常滿意！會推薦給以後來的朋友
