We stayed at hotel Francesin for 3 nights. Located in the end of Livigno City Centre, 5min walk to pedestrian zone. Room was nice and spacious with balcony, staff very kind and helpful, service good. Breakfast excellent with fresh orange juice, fresh fruits, pancakes, doughnuts, pastry, … Nice spa with big pool and outside terrace. Hotel offers free city bikes. Parking is free. Wi-fi connection could be better. Recommended!

Très bonne surprise. Proche du centre, chambres rénovées avec tout le confort. Bon buffet petit-déjeuner, mais service un peu à améliorer. Prix rapport qualité excellent. L'hôtel se situe proche du centre.

Hotel eccellente: ottima location con parcheggio annesso. Posizione top. Camera enorme con bagno veramente fatto bene e pulito. Qualità del sonno ottima. Bella la piscina in e out dove rilassarsi… colazione spaziale con vasto assortimento di dolce e salato. Prezzo giusto x il servizio offerto. 🔝

La struttura è buona e il personale gentile peccato che al momento di pagare il saldo del mio conto (quasi 5.000 euro) si siano veramente persi. In estrema sintesi dopo aver pagato con un bonifico il saldo della vacanza sullo stesso iban sul quale avevo pagato l'acconto, mi inviano una bellissima mail con un tono minaccioso nella quale mi chiedevano di saldare la vacanza in quanto non riuscivano a trovare i miei soldi sui loro conti. Prima di fargli scrivere dal mio legale ho provato ad inviare a loro tutte le ricevute del mio bonifico effettuato e solo dopo si sono accorti che i miei soldi erano su un conto che non ben gestivano. Gestione pessima dei loro conti ma soprattutto dei clienti e ancor di più il tono della mail inviatami. Mai più in questo Hotel.

Siamo stati 4 giorni in questo hotel .Ci siamo trovati benissimo giornate a tutto relax . la spa top top con anche la piscina riscaldata una meraviglia . Tutto il personale gentilissimo un grazie a Samantha x la sua disponibilità e i consigli .Poi Livigno è una chicca tante belle passeggiate rigeneranti

Ottimo hotel con tutti i servizi necessari. Colazione da favola piscina riscaldata SPA attrezzatissima, servizio bici garage coperto a pagamento. A due passi dal centro. Personale grntile e disponibile ci hanno dato ottimi consigli su cosa fare a livigno Consigliatissimo
