My first time in Sri Lanka, I came to this hotel because of my delayed flight. This hotel is not bad, let me point out some things. First of all, some of the things are used and thet didn't put a new one.The AC is kinda giving less air.TV Is not working.And the tables in the restaurant/buffet are not that clean.They didn't bother.But overall everything else is good

Was placed here by emirates for 6 days when my flight home to the UK was cancelled. Couldn’t fault it, staff friendly, room was clean and had everything I needed, food was a perfect sample of local cuisine and the pool was also very nice and clean! Thank you Ramada staff for being so welcoming.

Very friendly staff, taking care of comfort and dietary needs. The rooms are decent, but service was much better than expected. We had been for a 2 day Rotary training event.. which was held at their meeting halls. Overall a pleasant stay here

Very good property. Close to airport which makes the transit easier . Spacious and clean rooms. Good variety of breakfast to start your day. Clean pool to unwind yourself. Gym to kickstart the day. Very courteous staff at reception and at restaurant . Surely one of the best transit hotel.

The hotel was located only 15km far from Bandaranakaya International Airport Katunayake...it is veey convenient...and as per request the transport shuttle was arranged on time from hotel and it was only a reasonable price.

Handy for the airport - staff tried their hardest and were very accommodating on our requests.

Hotel is in a quiet location with good amenities. Restaurant has many offers.

We stayed here for one night on two dates using the hotel as a transit hotel on arrival and leaving Colombo. This is not really a tourist hotel and more suited to businessmen. The hotel has so much potential for overseas guests due to its close location to CMB airport (15 minutes by car) but needs a lot of repairs and improvements. The overall decor is dark and gloomy. Exterior of building needs painting. The hotel has poor streetscape appeal so on first arrival a guest feels they have made a poor decision however on entering the lobby and met by friendly staff it becomes more reassuring. Lots of doors and passageways make the hotel feel uninviting, dark and old fashioned. Stayed twice and never saw the swimming pool which I understand is somewhere in the hotel. The restaurant food does not suit overseas guests, was expensive with limited choices so we ordered room service twice. Reception staff were kind, helpful and friendly. I hope the owners put some money into refurbishing this hotel as it could be a fantastic hotel for overseas guest coming through Colombo. Until it is smartened up I would only stay 1 night whilst in transit.
