"This was the best hotel in Negombo for relaxing after a long flight. 😍They accommodated all our requests, brought everything we asked for, and even let us take a swim at night. 🙏🏻🥰 The room was gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. Delicious breakfast. ☺️ 15 minutes from the airport by car. Thanks to the administrator, Azmi Mohammed, for his wonderful service. He welcomed us like family, helped with all our requests, and even had a great time chatting. I recommend this hotel to everyone; it's truly a TOP hotel. ❤️"

"My US dollars were stolen at the hotel! Be careful! It was terrible! A hotel staff member stole them! The US dollars in my bag were missing! And they only took the larger denominations! While it's partly my fault for being careless and not carrying any with me, I stayed at three hotels during my trip to Sri Lanka. The first few were great, and no one stole my money, so I let my guard down on the last two nights. I only discovered the theft when I tried to pay with US dollars at the airport!"

Our villa is clean and comfortable. All staffs, doctors and therapist are caring and friendly. Food is delicious, yoga & meditation session offered free to guests. We had an amazing stay there and can't wait to go back soon! ❤️"

"We arrived at the hotel around 1:30 in the morning — exhausted, but not without having planned ahead. We had already informed the reservation team about our late check-in at the time of booking, so we expected things to be in order. They were not. When we walked into our room, it was clear that it hadn't been properly prepared. There was no toothpaste, no toothbrush, and the television was switched on, yet the remote was nowhere to be found. But it was the middle of the night, and we were running empty. So we simply took a shower and collapsed into bed, choosing to deal with it all in the morning. The next day, we headed down for breakfast, and to be fair, the food was genuinely good. However, I had to rush back to the room for a meeting, so I asked my wife to bring my meal up. She kindly spoke with the restaurant staff and requested that our selected dishes be sent to the room. To our surprise, they refused, saying they couldn't bring some of the items upstairs. My wife, already a bit worn out from the night before, was understandably upset. Frustrated, she walked away. Somehow, after all of that, they ended up bringing everything to the room anyway. We have stayed at nearly every Jetwing property across the island, and this has been, by far, the most disappointing experience we have ever had."

"Stayed one night HB basis cos I had to attend to a wedding at a near by hotel. No one helped to unload baggage from vehicle. I brought it up to the reception. Same happened at checkout. Front office was not flexible at all including the executive. They insisted payment at check in when I requested to settle bills at checkout. No one bothered about our meals even we are at HB basis . No query from restaurant or kitchen. We had to call restaurant few times to arrange our meals. Wanted a sri lankan breakfast and i querried about options on previous night. The reply was i had to check it in the morning. Finally no choice and had to eat what they offered usual continental breakfast. There are so many staff but no proper service. Had to ask for everything. Lazy security staff and didn't even bothered to remove parking corn and I had to remove it my self when leaving. Good side is Rooms are super clean. AC , hot water works well and a peaceful environment. Selected this hotel based on trip advisor comments. But will avoid it in future."

"Dulshan and his wonderful wife could not have been more hospitable. Their beautiful home is the perfect place to start or finish your Sri Lankan journey as it provides a tranquil oasis away from the hustle and bustle but is close enough to both the airport and Columbo to avoid long car journeys. The ensuite bedrooms are lovely with extremely comfortable beds. As a former tour guide with over 25 years experience in the travel industry Dulshan is a wonderful host and font of knowledge. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and nothing was too much trouble - even waiting up until 1am to greet us when we arrived. His wife is a wonderful cook who treated us to an array of delicious Sri Lankan specialties for breakfast. Villa Dominikku is the perfect place to stay in Negombo and we would highly recommend."

"Location: Easy to find, navigation was accurate. Service: Family-run guesthouse. The owner is American and kindly moved our car to make room for us, worried we wouldn't be able to park. Facilities: Swimming pool, the kids played there for a while. Room: There was a drying rack! We washed several days' worth of clothes. Meals: This was our second-to-last night in Sri Lanka. We left early the next morning to return the car, so we didn't order breakfast. Two shortcomings: The blankets didn't have covers, leading to reasonable suspicion that they hadn't been changed. In short, my usually thick-skinned companion complained of intense itching, and even someone from northern China who can go two days without changing clothes insisted on changing out of their T-shirt after getting up. The kids, even in short sleeves, scratched themselves until they were red. I didn't feel itchy at all while wearing long sleeves and pants. The price of 400 was inflated."

"Do not book this place, I had a confirmed booking, when I arrived from India, initially the attendant, told me there's no booking, after trying to contact flipkart and clear trip whise customer support is equally pathetic, after some time she checked her mail and said there is booking but no room available, later she gave me a single bed room, which was not yhe toom i booked, the lady was continously demanding me to either tale the room or leave the property. As I was tired and there was no support from flipkart or clear trip, was forced to take the room. The room condition is also poor the ac doesn't work, no kettle, wifi is pathetic namesake only. The fan squeaks. Do not book this place, as it was midnight I really had no option the ans from cleartrip and the property attendant was take the room or cancel the booking was pathetic, Just to save a few bucks please do not fall in the similar mess I am in. Stay clear......."
