The bathroom It is very cramped, unworthy of a 5-star luxury hotel, with a single sink and narrow bathtub. It's hard to hold on to two people. In addition, the sink does not have a seal, so water runs onto the floor and makes it very slippery. Reversed hot and cold water taps in the bathtub: watch out for burns! Skincare products in very ordinary containers. The bedroom Beautifully decorated, it is also rather small, except for the very large bed. No table or desk (so no stationery or pencil), a nice chest of drawers but with a drawer that's difficult to use (no checking), no tea or coffee making facilities. The spa Access must be requested at reception. This is done via a narrow staircase partially equipped with a railing, and potentially dangerous if you have leg problems. The water in the small jacuzzi is barely lukewarm and you have to press very hard and several times to start it bubbling. As for the large jacuzzi, the water is at room temperature and access is impractical via resistant hinged doors and a few steps. The sauna and hammam are not always in operation, you must ask for them to be turned on. The edges of the pool, at water surface level, are yellow with dirt. The glass walls of the room are very dirty. Finally, the toilets are not always equipped with soap and toilet paper: you have to ask at reception! The restaurants The one on the beach only offers a very limited choice: no salad, only sandwiches and no desserts based on fresh fruit. As for the main restaurant, the food is very good but the quantities are insufficient, and the quality/quantity/price ratio is poor. On a commercial level, it is just as disastrous. We found it hard to ask for ice cubes every morning. We had to insist a lot so that we were not charged for them, including collecting them from reception. We were staying at this hotel for 3 weeks and, after a tough negotiation, we only obtained a ridiculous price reduction. Concerning the water leak in the bathroom, the director, who came with his assistant, splashed water on the sink and, hysterically, accused us of doing the same, denying the leak problem, even though the sink had not attached. We got a new room last week, insisting once again. Some staff members were unfriendly. No little attention either and, yet, they knew that we were celebrating a wedding anniversary: ​​no decoration in the room or the bathroom, no cake or fruit basket… We pointed this out and, a few days later late we found a bottle of cava and 2 flutes when returning to the room. A few positive points save this hotel from a zero point. The restaurant terrace and solarium overlook the sea and offer a beautiful view. The food is quality. The C

It does not deserve to be rated 5 stars. An endemic, horrible hotel, poorly decorated, dirty and with poor customer service. The price/quality ratio is a disaster. Very run down; Not to mention the common areas and the passage to the beach! It stayed in time…. Nobody notices it seems.

A very pleasant stay in a hotel with good views of the sea, the service was friendly/correct..., more correct than friendly, encouraging kindness with smiles would make the stay even more pleasant, they have good Spa and pool facilities and terraces where relax with a drink looking at the wonderful views of Fenals Beach. The bed very good. But with aspects to improve: Breakfast: with little variety in general for a 5*, the breakfast seems more typical of a 4*, and the waiters do not inform you that they can cook you an omelet, etc., if you do not ask you will not find out , and complicated access if you are not on the terrace and are in the adjoining room. The bathroom: the bathroom is sufficient but small. There was no toothbrush. Accessibility: In the case of people who were in a wheelchair, I see difficult accessibility to go up from the hotel entrance to the main door and vice versa. Few details: It was part of our Honeymoon and I notified it, but I don't think they have details for that occasion in the protocol. It was limited to a bottle of cava and some typical bathroom details..., but something more romantic would have been nice. A great and good hotel, but because it is in a wonderful location and has no competition in its style, it does not intensify the details with the client to the maximum.

They treated us like at home, we don't have to go far to enjoy the holidays. Its restaurant is wonderful and the service is 10. We come back delighted and relaxed from our vacation, so we do recommend it.
