Un hotel discreto, tranquilo y limpio. No tiene lujos ni ostentaciones pero es las camas son cómodas y el descanso está asegurado. Está alejado del centro por lo qie hay que tenerlo en cuenta pero en relación calidad-precio es de lo mejor de Logroño.

The swimming was closed. We chose this hotel knowing that we would be hot and tired after our 20 mile Camino walk. To not let know know or offer us the chance to cancel in advance is terrible service. I have requested a refund or some compensation.

We were there during Semana Santa (Easter Processions) at "high season" so found the place a little expensive. They are pet friendly and had very helpful, enthusiastic customer service agents working the desk that also served as concierges and who were quite helpful. The place was clean, had a full bath, bidet, etc and a cafe on site with convenient hours. There was a gas station and mini-mart within the property but also a close walk to the train station and old town with the many tapas bars and fun history and traditions.

We arrived late around midnight, but had phoned ahead to warn them which was welcomed news. On arrival, I guess the night porter/receptionist was particularly unhelpful, even rude, maybe our attempt at Spanish wasn’t good enough for him. Anyway, then being told I had to pay for parking in a very open, quiet area. The room was very bare although quite spacious which was fine as I just wanted to sleep after a long drive, but every slightest noise seemed to echo up the corridor, everything seemed so noisy, so a broken nights sleep and an early start as soon as other guests got up. For the price (over €90) we were not impressed.

We have used the hotel only to sleep and in general it was fine, although the tables in the room were a bit small to place things. Didn't like the bedding.
In the bathroom we have missed shampoo, there was only soap in two dispensers.
We have had breakfast in the cafeteria and we found the service to be quite improvable

Raquel 1/5 hace 2 minutos en Google Hotel muy regular, nos llevamos un chasco tremendo ya que no vi en la web por ningún sitio donde estaba situado, la ubicación es horrible está dentro de una gasolinera, hay como 15-20 minutos andando al centro, aunque hay autobuses que te acercan pero por la noche tienen muy poco horario. Las habitaciones más pequeñas de lo que aparece en las fotos, los colchones son blandisimos, y las paredes de papel, se escucha todo. Lo único a destacar son las chicas de la cafetería que son muy majas aunque el buffet para el desayuno no está mal, el café esta malísimo. Logroño nos encantó y seguro que volveremos, pero buscaremos otra opción para alojarnos.
