We also asked for a pillow, which they told us would be brought up to our room, and at night we had to go back downstairs to get it because they'd forgotten. The room was covered in dog and cat hair, and the bathroom wall had so many stains it was disgusting to touch."

"Due to a country wide power outage my bus was delayed and I arrived late at 7.15pm to find the pension locked. There was a scrawled note that was difficult to read but with the help of a neighbour I found out it was her home address but when we went there she was not home and again, when we checked the pension, locked and no answer. I had to stay in an expensive hotel and when I contacted her re a refund, she refused."
