This is great recently new hotel in Kuta. The location is perfect right in the middle of the bar and restaurant stretch. The room was so comfortable with great pillows and bed. All very clean and room cleaned daily if required. There's a water refill outside the lift on each floor, there's only 3 floors. The pool is big and great for cooling off or swimming. There's a pool bar too. Also a restaurant for your breakfast but also open all day for other meals. The best thing though about this hotel are the staff. I've never been more looked after in a hotel. A massive thank you to Henny, Hendri and Fisky. They looked after us from Henny ordering our omlettes on a morning the way we liked them, all of them bringing my bintang and playing my choice of music. They were friendly, always wanted a chat and to make sure you had everything you needed. Also Moesli would come out of the kitchen to make sure everting was OK,lovely man. The reception staff were lovely too, only name I remember was Baby. 5 stars to the staff of this hotel. Don't miss out.

This hotel is beautiful.!! The rooms could be cleaned better but we had a great stay. The pool is nice and the rooms are spacious and private. We would return. The hotel isn’t in Kuta so be prepared to hire a motorbike if you want to leave for the day. There is also a kettle in the room and free water. As someone who is Gluten free there was food available but the staff couldn’t understand the concept.

This hotel is the best in Lombok. If you are looking for a nice place to stay by the beach, pls just book this hotel. I was served by Eric and he even remembered my name! I was there on Christmas day and there are so many guests. His act definitely made me remember this place positively. Will recommend to friends.

Stayed for 2 nights. Generally okay for the price location was good too- just a 5 minutes walk to the bustling stretch. The room was cosy and generally clean, though there were some tough stains on the bedsheets and blankets, which were still bearable. The toilet was relatively huge with a bathtube and rainshower. Since its a semi-open air toilet, don't yet surprised to see some harmless bugs around. Do also note that they do not provide bedroom slippers anymore, so if that's a concern, do bring your own! They do provide breakfast too and one thing I appreciate is that it's an all day breakfast (literally), where it starts at 7am and ends at 7pm. The food choices were good and portions were huge.

Nice place, calm and everyspot is like in Pinterest. The road to reach the hotel was muddy and little bit not easy to find if you are from selong belanak but if you are from Kuta is much more easy with sign next to the road. Suggestion when you rent the motorbike you must check and test, we do changes 3 times because the quality of motorbike is not proper but the staff is helpful to serve us to get better and feel comfortable during we stay in the hotel.

a cozy place to relax and gather with family... If you have plan to visit Lombok, this place is the right choice because the location is very close to the airport. And for the rate, very cheaper than the other property. So, what are you waiting for ?

By now you’ve probably looked at reviews and all the stunning online photos—as we did. And you’re probably imagining a lush, beautiful, active lifestyle boutique resort with healthy Ayurvedic food, surf beaches lapping the shore and a yoga studio. This image couldn’t be more wrong. Picture instead a bus stop from the 1960’s on the side of a disused road. This is the feel of the entry restaurant that sits atop a largely arid hillside with none of the lovely plants pictured on the site. There were a couple of palm trees over dying grass, concrete and sand. The photos are so far from the reality that we thought the place was abandoned long ago—and perhaps taken over by squatters who thought they could make a fast buck. We were honestly frightened by what might happen next. While it does indeed seem to be a hotel, the photos and descriptions are so far from reality that we walked around in a stupor trying to sort out the cognitive dissonance. Could it be that the resort that constantly touts itself as a yoga surf resort might have neither yoga nor surf? Not even a real beach? No….couldn’t be. Right? The owner kept asking us what we expected to find and the truth was that the photos were so far from reality that it was hard to even know where to begin. We said we expected a private beach-so he pointed to a fabricated sandy area roughly the side of two kids sandboxes with a metal fence around it. We expected five surf beaches—instead there isn’t any sandy beach at all and the surf spots are accessed by boat for a few. We expected yoga—he assured us there is yoga (though it’s hard to see where he could be hiding it) and other reviewers say the yoga consists of a mat and a spot to practice on your own. We expected plants and trees and a hang out area by the pool. Instead the large pool was empty and the little ones were so full of algae that I wondered whether the “EcoResort” was gathering carbon credits off the green pool growth. It’s a very good thing that we didn’t pay in advance, since we were able to pay only a day’s rate and leave quickly. But the place is so remote that we literally lost five hours of vacation getting there, touring it and getting back to where we started. Not to mention enough money that we could have stayed at a luxury hotel on the island for the amount we tossed away in a rush to leave. The owner was kind enough to offer us tea and let us use his wifi to find another hotel—a kindness we very much appreciated—but our anger grew when we finally settled at a lovely hotel and compared our photos with the ones online. What an utter misrepresentation. We’re uploading the photos here—the one with sand under the shadow of a palm tree and a metal fence—THAT is the beach. We both nearly died laughing when he pointed it out, but the owner was clearly upset and we were just trying to get out without a massive conflict. A brilliant design that could effectively be located anywhere, and in this case is a few hundred metres down a dirt road in a village across from the new Moto GP race track about a seven-minute drive from the town centre. The resort consists of entirely self-contained villas -- private little enclaves with their own sunken seating area, dining area and swimming pool. The interior itself is nicely decorated with good materials and workmanship, lots of room for luggage, and a lovely open bathroom with bathtub and rain shower. The staff were first rate, and the resort provides a shuttle service to and from town for the equivalent of $2 each way. That meant it was no inconvenience not to be located right in town, and was well worth it in order to stay at this great place. I'm already thinking about booking here again later in the year.

Lombok Chinese people rarely stay in Kuta for a week and have not heard Chinesetown is very deserted. The resort is amazing. The beautiful courtyard has a special person who pruning flowers and plants every day. The swimming pool is also very good and the service is very good. The staff will say hello. I think it can be improved: 1. Breakfast is a fixed tea coffee juice fruit + an optional staple food, but most of the choices are Benedict eggs. What is more monotonous? If it is not recommended for more than three days, breakfast at the hotel 2 restaurants There are a lot of flies in the room, and it is very annoying when I eat. Although there is a small fan on the table, it does not work much. However, it is a problem in many restaurants in Lombok. 3 The bathroom is semi-open and connected to the backyard. It is also a night when the lights are on the floor and all the bugs are on the floor. . I’ll call the front desk and tell me to turn off the lights. 😂 I hope these measures can do a good job.
