"I was extremely satisfied with every aspect of my stay from the service to the facilities. My room came with a private pool and a breathtaking sea view, which was the absolute highlight. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying a swim in my own pool while overlooking the ocean felt like pure luxury. The room itself was beautifully designed, spacious, and perfectly clean. The atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a getaway. I also appreciated how well-maintained the entire property was, and how everything was thoughtfully arranged to ensure guests had a comfortable and memorable stay."

"Great resort with incredible service! Definitely would recommend staying. The breakfast has a really nice selection of local and continental food that is accompanied by live piano every day. The gym is open 24h. Senggigi beach has very clear water in the morning. The pool area and the pool bar are very well kept. Ample car parking, where Tiwi & Wide made our stay really special! Will definitely come back."

"Very clean and new, the bathroom is very clean and got non-mold on the walls and glasses; furnitures are new and clean; bed is king size; very spacious; helpful and friendly staffs, everything’s organised; we even booked their airport transfer for convenience; definitely will rebooked it whenever travel to Lombok!"

"Amazing sea view from room balcony. You can enjoy the sunset from room/infinity pool/hotel restaurant. The ambiance, experience, and the services from the hotel were perfect. The only ”downside” is because the hotel is located uphill, so there is literally nothing much around the neighborhood (except monkeys), but Gojek is easily available."

"What a lovely hotel!! Such an amazing experience and we are so glad that we decided to spend a longer time here than other places. We had breakfast included which was lovely and there was always a decent choice for food. The room was very spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable! The staff were always very friendly and polite. The main attraction is the mandalika beach resort that comes included with the price unfortunately its a little bit of a walk or a short bike away from the hotel but it’s definitely work going we spent the majority of our days there and actually got ENGAGED right on the beach there!!! Seems very pricey for the beach club if you aren’t staying at the hotel due to the towel/bed fees but obviously it was free with the hotel for us. Food & drink was more expensive than other places in Lombok but we thought it was worth it for the vibes and also their sushi was some of the best I’ve had and they had lots of vegetarian options.There was a very friendly cat and also a whole family of curious monkeys!! Would highly recommend and will be returning to celebrate where I am became a fiancée!!!"

"The place was so nice and clean! I accidentally left the key to my motorbike in the parking lot, and the security staff kept it safe for me — really appreciate their honesty. Everyone here is always smiling and welcoming, which made my stay even better. Too bad I could only stay for one night, but I’ll definitely be back to enjoy the pool and spa next time. Highly recommend!"

"I was confused when I checked in because the name of the hotel was different. It's the same place, Merumata Resort. I was so happy to have dinner every evening while watching the beautiful sunset during my stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious, the beach was beautiful, and the pool was cozy and comfortable. Best of all, the reception staff were always willing to help and solve any problems I might have, which made my stay even more memorable."
