Very nice area

I can't fault anything in the hotel. We had a good sleep and staff were friendly.

Location is prefect

The hotel is ideally located for getting to Victoria station and Gatwick airport, the rooms have a good size for London standards and beds are comfortable so you get a good night of sleep. But my favorite thing was the personnel, the receptionist was very nice since my arrival and also when I asked for help since I was having problems with my phone charger, he and a colleague who was around were both super helpful and kind.

I had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. The whole experience was smooth from check-in to check-out, and I felt very well looked after throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

I’d like to take a moment to give a special mention to Diana, who I found to be an absolute credit to Premier Inn. From the moment I interacted with her, she was friendly, approachable, helpful and professional. She has a lovely personality and a genuinely warm smile that makes you feel welcome. What stood out to me most was how much responsibility she took on and how focused she remained on providing a good service, even when things became busy and demanding. She stayed calm, composed and professional under pressure, never allowing the stress of the situation to affect the way she treated customers. Sometimes people can be judged too quickly, but my experience of Diana was completely different. I found her to be helpful, polite, hardworking and committed to doing her job well. Her attitude and professionalism deserve recognition. Diana, keep doing what you’re doing. Your effort, positive attitude and the way you treat people do not go unnoticed.
