Me and my family (of adult children with partners but no kids) stayed at this hotel over new year 23/24. We just loved the interior and the whole a**osphere of the hotel. A part from the « all day decorations » you really felt Chris**as. It was cosy and nice. Staff was very friendly and professional. Always helpful to give advice about theatres, museums, and restaurants etc. We had two standard rooms with queen beds for the children with partners. These rooms were quite small but it was not a bother for any of our children. The building itself is so pittoresque that they didn’t really think about the room size. It’s kind of a part of the charm,,, My husband and I had a beautiful room (#200) with a nice view of the street below, which was very calm and quite during our stay. We did not include breakfast in our stay, but the positive thing is that we could go into the restaurant and only order a coffee and croissant. This was very appreciated as we are not big breakfast fans. A part from that the hotel is very well situated in the centre of London with short walking distances to Soho and nearby districts. We walked next to everywhere and never felt insecure at any time of the day/night. We will for sure stay there again and I can but recommend it to friends and people reading this comment. If there was one thing missing, for me, it was just a coffee machine in the room. But that was really not a big deal and to be honest I didn’t even ask if I could have one during our stay. A big thanks to all the nice staff and direction.
