service and staff are nice and the hotel is at good location !

I really like the location. (However I cannot the firework from our window during New Year. :P) The train station is near by. A lot of eating options near by and many choices for grocery shopping if you plan to cook. The room is quite big too. So overall it's a great place to stay.

Great location, comfortable stay. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. There is free laundry area with washing machine and dryer. Unfortunately dryer was not working.

Location is excellent. Service is poor. No daily cleaning as required. No response from their WhatsApp group during night time even the message was read. No communication between front desk and housekeeping to clean the room and change the sheet cover.

Good location

The hotel is really good located near most of everything. Staff is friendly and welcoming and helpful. The room was comfy, not much of a view from the window though. But it was clean and had a good space for us. To be located as it is, you did not hear anything from outside. Will book the same place again if I'm returning.

The hotel is really close to the tube station and was really nice to stay in. It was a little small but the hotel was clean.

The hotel is in a good location, close to Big Ben, London Eye and Westminster Abbey, about 8 minutes walk. Other attractions are not far away, and can be reached within 3 kilometers by City Walk. The price is not high because the facilities are very ordinary, like the better domestic express hotels, but it is relatively new and I am very satisfied. If I go again, I will consider staying there again. There are basic facilities such as coffee machine, microwave, kitchen, dishwasher, safe, etc.

The hotel is in a good location, close to Big Ben, London Eye, and subway station. It was already late on the day of check-in, and someone at the front desk helped with self-service check-in. The window of the room facing the street could not be opened, so I asked to change rooms. A handsome guy at the front desk quickly and enthusiastically solved the problem. The biggest feature of the hotel is that there is a kitchen in the room, with 4 pots and 4 sets of tableware, and all kitchen utensils are available. There is a supermarket downstairs. I cooked for myself for several days. The room is cleaned every two days. If there are not enough towels and toilet paper, you can ask the cleaning staff for them. There are no paper towels and drinking water, so you have to prepare them yourself when you check in.

The location is very good, very close to the subway station. The front desk service is also very good, very friendly and patient. But the room does not provide drinking water…
