We just visited The Shore Club for a four night getaway and had a wonderful time. The facilities are top notch with no detail overlooked in the beautiful rooms, gorgeous beach, and delicious restaurants. What really stands out at the resort is the incredible service. A number of resort employees added so much kindness and a special touch to our holiday: Sherika, Cassidy and Shana at Almond Tree and Sui-Ren; Edeline at Sea Grapes; and Eunishka at the front desk. Thank you for a memorable, relaxing, and luxurious visit!

Just an amazing staff (Jean walkin & team). The service was just above and beyond. The resort is stunning with a great vibe. Not only did they surprise us with a chocolate molten cake, but he also comped a mocktail for my pregnant wife - 5 stars *****

Jean was our bartender & he was amazing! Very personable, he made us feel like family! We definitely wanted to stay longer on account of the hospitality! We will definitely be visiting again! If you’re planning a vacation this is the place to be . Thank you Jean

5 out of 5! Service, food, rooms, breakfast team, pools, and the beach! We've been twice and can't wait to go back. What a lovely team at the shore club. Big thanks to all the servers and beach team! One small rec- please update your room hair dryers:) love this place. Pro tip- order groceries ahead!!

This place was so amazing and the food was exceptional. I would especially like to shout out Jean, as his service was phenomenal and he’s the epitome of a professional! Jean ensured we were taken care while not lacking any customer service nor knowledge of our sushi selections. Additionally, the sushi was great and the freshest I’ve ever had. Thanks Jean!

Stayed here with our family in a one-bedroom plus study suite. It was lovely and the kids had a fantastic time. The food was great (if pricey) and the towel service at the pool and beaches was very helpful. Housekeeping kept the room immaculately clean and the views of the beach/sunrise/moonrise were beautiful.

Had the best drinks of the whole trip at the bar in Almond Tree with Jean Walkin! 10/10 recommend asking him to make you something special, not on the menu. I wasn’t sure what to order and he was really helpful and made me my own drink. We even came back another night to have it again!

BEST place to stay in Turks ! Beautiful property, amazing spa and the best staff. Special shout out to Butch who made my birthday extra special, May at Sui Ren she is fantastic also June, Cassidy and Sharika. Can’t thank you guys enough for an amazing vacation! We will be back very soon !

Spring break 2024 Hi first time staying here…. Let’s start off with front desk…. Not very friendly Very blah Room—-super spacious and clean and great for our tall sons… Food —sui ren was good Almond tree —mamas fried chicken was delish Breakfast was always good and fresh Staff around main pool was minimal … The towel guy, Derek was the most friendly and helpful… he worked very hard Adult pool—no service —hot tub was broke Beach —minimal service for drinks and food All in all—-we would stay at Grace Bay Club hands down again….
