第一次到龍川，就從酒店人員感受到了不一樣的熱情，特別是大廳經理（戴眼鏡的那位小姐姐）專業、熱情不卑不亢始終耐心解答客户的各種問題。
另外一位小姐姐在我離店時還熱心的幫我裝滿水杯。太感謝你們啦。
交通便利，離車站也不遠樓下右手邊就是快餐店。
室內也比較安靜，遺憾的是成天下雨。

酒店服務員都很友善，房間環境衛生不錯，設施都很乾淨，只是唯一的問題是--我們訂了三間禁煙房間，有2間都很重煙味，應該是抽風系統問題吧，如果能改善這部份就非常好了。

衞生不錯，廁所配有酒精紙巾。而且廁所跟沖涼房分開，對於帶小朋友的家庭來説真的超級方便。房間雖然對着大街（醫院），關上窗户還算安靜。值得讚的是，服務態度真的很好，超級加分。無論是前台，還是清潔阿姨都會打招呼。還有就是早餐那邊的服務員態度超級好，孩子們都説下次去玩，還要住你家酒店😄
