服務態度極差，不推薦！服務員的服務態度簡直無法忍受。酒店內線電話八點多就打不通了，而且是四個房間！耽誤你們睡大覺了吧！用手機打通之後服務員愛理不理，説你等着，有事要辦，一會給你解決，這樣的酒店完全不尊重顧客，不推薦大家來這裏。零下20度的東北，我瑟瑟發抖在走廊等一個小時才解決問題，找攜程投訴之後，不斷收到騷擾電話，下面截圖就是聊天記錄，溝通15個電話，半夜11點多還溝通不讓人休息！可真行，最後一個電話還要求我別差評，我告訴你，再打電話，我另外在你家的訂單全給你差評！ 1酒店332.334.336房間全沒有供暖，且空調壞了， 2酒店早餐麪條服務是煮好放那裡坨了，涼的，加湯也拌不開！不應該是客人要現煮嗎？ 3浴巾每人衹能領一次，濕了也不能換乾的，非常冷 4晚餐八點下班.晚上7點40服務員就站你飯桌旁邊等你，攆人意識很明顯！5走廊開關上寫晚上十點關燈，但是晚上八點多走廊就關燈了，沒見過哪個酒店走廊關燈那麼早！6酒店經理非常不專業，我們打電話説房間冷，空調壞了要求換房間，結果讓服務員來調兩次都沒有弄好的情況下還不願意換房間，最後同意換房間居然説你拿房卡下來我給你換，我真第一次遇見服務這麼差還要顧客來回折騰的！

酒店房間設施設備齊全，非常新，温泉區域很大，洗漱用品齊全不用自帶，冬天去的人少水好，頂着寒冷去了室外，雪景依然好看，泡池非常多，下次天暖和點再來。前台小斌哥非常好，我外地過來的很熱心幫助我。

因為是淡季，給升級了山頂大床房，夜幕下露天温泉的精緻很美~温泉很乾凈，個人特別愛室外温泉~早餐也很豐盛，強烈推薦！！！

위치가 시내와 고립돼있음 시설은 괜찮음 용정에 온천이 있다는말은 못들어봤지만 나름 괜찮았음 직원분들이 항상 청소하고 계심 카운터 직원분들이 친절함 한마디로 중국에서 일본 느낌 받고싶은분들 강력추천합니다 노천탕 예술임 수질 좋음

酒店還有接送站服務 很不錯 房間乾淨整潔 温泉水也很乾凈 線下不是人很多 體驗很好 汗蒸的地方還有書吧 自助餐98一位 沒有吃 但是早餐吃了 真的不怎麼樣 八點到的已經沒有菜了 飯菜很少 對了哦 附近沒有外賣 去的集美們 自己帶點吃的哦

衝著温泉去的，結果在泡温泉時碰到有人對着在泡温泉的客人進行商業直播，發温泉優惠劵，這是什麼操作？！完全不顧客人的私隱！被質問後，酒店負責人含糊其辭，推諉責任，承諾半小時給解決問題，結果就是石沉大海無人問津，沒有道歉沒有説法，這就是酒店對於暴露客人私隱的態度！！對於這種無良商家姐妹們一定要避坑！！！
