衞生一進去水槽都是水秀，地上的垃圾沒有清理乾淨。給你第一感覺不太乾淨，第二，屋子裡麪沒找到路由器，沒網，沒電視。一次性牙刷有點次。沙發上的墊子感覺有點臟，好久沒洗了一樣，淋浴還是單獨的一個，水流也不是很大。

一般很少寫評價
衞生：因為我們是12點過去的房間還沒有打掃，也很感謝房東讓我提前進入放了行李，一進去就聞到很大的味道，告知房東讓保潔好好打掃一下，2點後房東告訴我們可以入住，但是房間還是很大的味道，我們自己換了垃圾袋，發現垃圾桶有很多垃圾沒有倒掉，毛巾也衹有一條還很臟
服務：基本沒有服務全程自助，發消息基本不回覆續住都不回覆，第二天中午才告知我要漲價
設施：房間應該是開發商裝修好的，格局還是可以的，不需要服務，可以自行打掃一下再入住

已經連住兩次了，環境很不錯，是我喜歡的現代化風格！樓下就是博商和天街，購物什麼都很方面，衞生也很乾凈沒有什麼瑕疵，這樣的價格能住到這樣品質的民宿已經很不錯了！推薦！！！

環境沒得説，非常好，地理位置也相當不錯，樓下就是大型商超，往北幾百米就是客運站。隔壁商場吃的玩的唱歌的電影院一應俱全。
