服務意識幾乎沒有，是真的不太行，熱空調要晚上五點以後才有，續住了，一會拖鞋沒有，一會礦泉水沒有，一會肥皂沒有，催了兩次也沒拿來，樓下Ktv大晚上很吵，其他設施對於老酒店來説，其實還可以的，除了有點老舊，早餐味道一般，但是這個價位對應的，該有的都有了也

清水灣酒店的整體環境，已經是越來越差，一樓大堂一股火鍋味！外面下雪，室內空調噪音大而且吹冷風，馬桶是壞的，早餐搬到了19樓的走廊過道，食品種類可以用搞笑來形容（少的可憐）
最後想説一句 作為將近7年的老客户，我下次回去應該不會再選擇你了，除非你有大更新……

早餐廳在19樓，景色宜人，天氣好看的到石窟的方向！早餐最喜歡煎肉餅，小姐姐説是廚房大姐自己做的！看看我的光盤行動！來門口不顯眼的位置有荷花，我以為是假的，一摸居然是真的，很少見！

不明白這個四星怎麼評的，可能是很久以前的。非常老，根本不可能是2018年裝修的。服務員都説10幾年沒裝修了。本來以為衹是裝修老式一點也沒關係。結果：1、淋浴的蓮蓬頭水全部順着管子往下流，跟瀑布似得。2、沒有熱水，打電話去問，説還在燒，娃等不及洗澡睡著了，早上8點起來也沒有熱水…3、定的江景房，結果一個小小的窗户外面全是房子，要爬到飄窗上往背後看才能看到江。4、吹風機第一次用衹能出很小的風，還是冷的，第二次按直接不出聲不出風了。5、冰箱沒用的，直接就沒插電，也找不到插頭插。叫服務員來問，直接説沒用的，説10幾年了的冰箱還能有啥用。6、衞生裝修這些都不較真了，整一個擺爛式經營。7、攜程上會員享升級服務，前台説不知道。跟攜程客服溝通，客服幫忙前後溝通了半小時。最後無奈得告訴我酒店不願意免費升級，要付費升級，但付費升級也衹是給我換一個高點的樓層。最後攜程説給我退2晚100塊的權益費。給攜程點贊，非常積極解決問題。給酒店差評。

這是我近幾年來住過的最不滿意的酒店，房間空調不能控制，説酒店還未開啟冷空調，晚上熱的一晚上睡不着就睡了2小時，第一晚洗澡都是冷水，早上的早飯除了粥是熱的，其餘都是冷的！！！種類還不多，這真的是我住過的最差的四星酒店，比快捷酒店還不如！！

這次預訂的酒店超出了我的想象，房間很棒，能看到景色優美的江邊風景，窗外的風景很漂亮，一掃旅途的勞累，讓人心情愉悦，前台小姐姐的服務也很好，還熱心的介紹了龍遊當地有特色的景點，整體很好[強]，推薦大家去住！
