How come a toothpaste is not provided? How come the parking charges are not included when booking the hotel. Too expensive.

We booked a suite for our family of 4. When we checked in, we were offered a corner room, which was wonderful! Every person on staff was happy and kind. Great breakfast and great house keeping. Great stay.

I was traveling for a cheerleading event and was pleased to stay at the Residence Inn. The shuttle was great and the fact that we had a few things in walking distance was perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
