I had a day to layover. I needed a room to rest before I head home. Pleased with their service and cleanliness. I requested for the toilet kit since it was not provided in the room. Amazed by the coffee maker; coffee bags from. by Coffee & Tea Leave. Gotten a relatively high floor at the corner to view the sunrise and the airport taxiway. Happy to see how the planes were taking off with the noise from a distance. Reception was kind to extend one hour for me to check out. 🙂

Everything was great. I asked if the rooms had a refrigerator, and they said they'll bring one right up.
I was here for a restful night's sleep before going to Sydney Australia. They accommodated me with a late checkout. The hotel had some quiet rooftop gardens I could hang out and wait for my evening's light. I would definitely stay again

I am a restaurant manager with my own restaurant in Manhattan, NY. I like LA very much because I am a Laker fan and I love this city. But the breakfast restaurant in this hotel makes me feel discriminated against for the first time in America for so many years. Maybe I am an Asian face? ? ? ? ? I don't know. From the time I sat down to eat to the end, there were only a few tables of guests at 7 o'clock in the morning, and no one served me coffee or tea, not even a greeting from the waiter! ! ! Don't their wages come from the service charge of each table of guests? ? ?don't take me wrong. I just cannot understand how they can doing this kind of job. What makes me feel worse is that they will ask me what the nearby guests need to drink. Listen.

It was the worst Hilton hotel I have ever stayed at.
First, the bottom of bottom of the bathtub was peeled off and made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe for my feet.
The shampoo conditioner were terrible. They definitely damaged my hair.
Buttons of some elevators did not work.
The room was just a bigger version of cheaper hotels.
It was nice to see planes, but it was very loud when the flights were taking off. They need to use better walls and windows for the noise.
I know they didn’t tell me to pay a lot. It was cheap, but it is still Hilton hotel. I was disappointed.

Location was great and so was shuttle to airport . Water bottles should be provided in rooms because 10 US dollars for 1 ltr bottle is a high price to pay in hotel cafe . No mini bar in rooms either .

The hotel had no running water from 10pm until 5am. Unfortunately I arrived from 20hrs of traveling just after 10pm and was returning to the airport for my last flight home at 5am.
While my room was nice and the staff explained the situation, all I really wanted was a hot shower!
All in all, a disappointing experience
