Man I'm check in unprofessional rude stressful unaccommodating denied my reservation ordered me to go somewhere else and get my money back on my reservation never experience nothing so unprofessional stressful upsetting has no ethics or customer service

There was no parking near our room, but a hotel employee moved his vehicle so we could park closer.

We were very pleased with our stay here. It was convenient to all of the things that we were going to see while we were there and the staff was great. Room super and we could play cards in the very large lounge.

Was ok, nothing impressive, room was clean, no frills. Served it’s purpose.

My room was not ready when I arrived at 7pm. Also this was a very busy hotel with railroad workers in and out all day and all night long. I had a couple make me feel like I was imposing and said they don’t know why they let the public in. I did not feel safe at all here. I was a female traveling alone. I checked out 3 days early I was so uncomfortable with my surroundings. My keycard wouldn’t even work the day I decided to check out. I had to keep going up to the front desk and wait in line to get back in my room. My stay was awful!! Will never stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay, it was peaceful.

When we checked in room was open and still dirty and bed not made up. and while checking in the front desk informed us they are open 24/7 for railroad workers! Not much in the way of service for your basic traveler. My wife got the air-conditioner to kick back on finally after working with the thermostat. The leak in the bath tub was more of a steady trickle so it wasn't very loud.

Approaching the property my wife was concerned given the number of rough/unkept looking characters sitting outside the establishment. Checking in was fine but the room was atrocious. The carpet was soiled, the room refrigerator smelled of rotten something, the sitting chair in the room was worn through showing the stuffing and the bed was lumpy. We tried checking out but of coarse no refunds when using prepaid reservations. We did not set foot in that establishment again. I took the financial loss and found another hotel.
