The 1st room I was put in they had no lock at the top so I requested a new room. They put me in another room. Well that room was hot, & we didn’t get much sleep. I hated to change rooms because it was late and I was traveling with little kids. The staff was very friendly.

Property is nice. Rooms are clean and customer service is good. However, if you are a Sun-Tuesday traveler there are no decent food options and spa is closed. Our room was on the 18th floor. The hall carpet needs a thorough cleaning. The smell is horrible as you approach staff storage room. Parking is convenient

Pricing and location is great for visiting the boats, but the property is and older property and the rooms reflect.

Was wondering why it was so cheap and now I know. I will say there are some things about the room that are nice.
What I didn’t like and these issues will keep me from going back:
Sheets were too stiff and noisy and wouldn’t stay on the bed
Never could get the air to cool down
No electrical outlets on the nightstand. Had to unplug the alarm clock and lamp.
Commode sounds like it would wake the dead.
Check in was decent and workers were friendly

The only problem I had was I asked for a king size bed. And ended up in a room with two beds and that’s not what I paid for.

The property is average. It's an older hotel and it shows in the rooms. There's definitely some wear and tear. We did like that there was a crib available. The cost for what we got was a great deal.

To me the rooms are designed so you have to go out. What harm would it do to have a microwave in the rooms. And can someone please stock the vending machines on each floor.
