Albergo discreto, le camere piccole ma sempre pulite. Fa solo pernottamento, si mangia nell'albergo di fronte sempre gestito da loro. Ottimo cibo e disponibili per eventuali variazioni. Personale gentile .

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la patronne et son fils, très observateurs, ils nous ont prêté sans que nous ne demandions quoique ce soit un fauteuil roulant pour notre maman qui ne pouvait pratiquement pas marcher, cela nous a permis de l’emmener partout avec nous dans la ville. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Je recommande cet établissement de famille.

Avevo paura di non aver fatto una buona scelta invece per fortuna mi sbagliavo. L'unico appunto se devo trovare un difetto è per le camere, molto pulite ma purtroppo piccole ed il bagno piccolissimo; così come il balconcino condiviso con la camera di fianco. Bene il finestrone con vista. Tutto il resto è perfetto, l'hotel è a conduzione familiare e si trova in una stradina con un parcheggio pubblico gratuito da una dozzina di posti, il tutto a 1 minuto a piedi dal santuario e dalla strada principale. Noi abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti in pensione completa, cibo buono e super abbondante. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile ad accontentare richieste particolari sul cibo. La colazione e i pasti vengono serviti nell'hotel Helianthe, categoria 3 stelle, di fronte al Compostelle. In 4 adulti, due camere matrimoniali, 4 notti in pensione completa abbiamo pagato 1040€ (eventuali aperitivi, caffè e vino ai pasti esclusi). Se tornassi a Lourdes forse prenoterei all'Helianthe nella speranza di un bagno più grande, per il resto, ripeto, perfetto.

Cabe rescatar la amabilidad del personal del hotel ubicado al frente, Hotel Helianthe, ya que el hotel Compostelle es de la misma propiedad. En nuestro hotel no tuvimos contacto con el personal; el personal del otro hotel nos dio una clave y llave para entrar.
La habitación era demasiado pequeña (nos dieron una triple en lugar de una doble, pero era como para una cama individual). El baño era muy pequeño y la ducha muy incómoda.
El desayuno lo servían en el otro hotel; era bueno y el personal amable. Tenía buena ubicación, cerca del Santuario.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel et l’accueil étaient très bien. Parcontre , une chambre beaucoup trop petite pour 3 personnes , 1 seule prise électrique dans la chambre , une douche ou même un homme n’y passe pas , des lits en mauvais état , pas d’intimité ni rien.

Super hôtel . Les chambres sont simples mais très propres. Le personnel est hyper gentil : de l accueil au ménage et au service du restaurant. .Repas très copieux . Très bien situé. Bravo et merci .
