After reading several reviews, we were not sure what to expect. The hotel is fine. Nothing bad nothing great. Our king room was spacious. We appreciated the small fridge and microwave. The breakfast that many complained about seemed to be the fallout from COVID. Everything provided was prepackaged make it yourself grab and go. Our biggest issues were, they could not provide extra blankets. Not even for the pullout sofa. My husband and I have very different needs for air temp. And, unless I missed it in the hotel info, the free shuttle service was misleading. You get free shuttle service to the ******, but you have to get to the nearby Wingate Inn to get on and off. It was raining. We didn't want to walk that far to the other hotel in the rain. So, if I'm getting into may car to drive a half of a mile, might as well drive on to the ******. We normally enjoy walking, just not in the rain. We found the staff to be nice. Not overly friendly, but nice.

We had the two bedroom suite and the size was great, plenty of room for 5 of us. Everything was dated and could use freshening up but clean. We stayed for a concert next door at Winstar so prices were inflated, which was unfortunately expected based on Winstar's rates.

Gross. Body fluids on headboards, stained sheets pilllowcases, sticky floors, used towels in bathroom.
Asked for new pillow cases.
Both had stains. Nice enough folks, I don’t think ownership cares.

It was a quick drop in and this was the last room left in the area. Way overpriced for a bed and a bagel. Bed was beyond uncomfortable. Big room. Friendly staff. Typical continental. Nothing special and in no way worth over $200. I’d stay again if it was the only place to stay but may consider driving back to Gainesville for the same stay in a much cheaper place.

Front desk staff was not friendly and had no personality considering they’re in the hospitality industry. They refused to supply linens for the pull out bed on the couch in our room. The people upstairs had zero hotel courtesy as they were running around, jumping and moving furniture ALL hours of the night for both nights of our stay. Front desk did nothing about it and argued that they weren’t the same people both nights (even if it wasn’t, they were still extremely loud) and acted as if us complaining about the noise at 11pm was an inconvenience. The fire alarms went off in every room at 7:50am Sunday morning, that was a nice surprise to say the least after listening to the jump rope and furniture moving contests above us all night. Very disappointing to have spent over $500 to stay here. We had to ask for soap for the bathroom upon arrival. Beds were not very comfortable and pillows were very small. It is conveniently located right next to Winstar which was the reason for our stay. It served its purpose, but it was not a pleasant stay.

I got in the shower and there was no soap. This was a big issue for me. I was in a hurry and no soap. When I left, I told the front desk, and she said the soap dispenser wasn’t working yet, and the person who checked me in was supposed to give me a bar of soap. This was my big frustration of the trip. Hot shower, no soap.

1 room smelled like pure concentrated pine sol which made it hard to breathe and had dried stains (that looked like blood)on the sheets and pillow case and the other contained bed bugs
