Ridiculous new parking fee. They told us about it at check in, $14/night. We took our bags up to room, spent no more than 15 minutes in the room and went back down to the car and already had a $60 parking ticket. Took it into lobby and they reversed it, but still.... Not impressed. Not sure I'll be back.

My family has stayed at this particular Embassy Suites many times, and it has always been excellent. However, this time, we were charged for parking. I asked the lady at the registration desk if Hilton Honors members had to pay for parking and she said unfortunately, yes. She was very understanding of why I was not happy about this. I am going to do my research, I have just become an IHG member and if they have hotels in the area that do not charge for parking, I will be staying with them. Either way, I will not be staying at this Embassy Suites again, and we have season passes for the Candlelight Dinner theater. We always stay overnight in Loveland, so I hope that the money you recieved from charging your hotel guests for parking was worth it. I'm from Colorad, and I have several family and friends who I have recommended this hotel to, I will be contacting them to let them know about this. They can make their own decisions, I'm just going to remove my recommendation.

Overall we had a lovely time, all the staff were kind and helpful. We stayed in December and most recently this March-and while the breakfast buffet was delicious-both times the signs said they had a plant-based option at the omelette station but they did not seem to have any understanding of it. The manager reception was a lovely treat and great way to get ready for dinner. The desserts in the restaurant in the lobby were excellent too! If dining, try the crispy brussel sprouts starter-we all loved it!

I would have given 5 stars, but they have you pay 14 bucks a night to park. Total B.S as the roomscare not cheap. The property itself i have been going to for years and is top notch

The hotel is clean and confortable. The sraff were very friendly and the restaurant has great food. I'm incredulous that they charge $14 a night to park in the parking lot. This hotel is not in a central urban area, the inly reason to charge for parking is greed. Great hotel and would stay again had they not charged for parking.

We stayed one night. Great place to stay if attending an event at the event center right next to the property. Breakfast and managers reception are good. You do have to pay for parking. Would stay here again.

Beds were extremely comfortable, which is not common in hotels. The facility is exceptional and very grand. Continental breakfast was very good and the dinning room is able to accommodate everyone. No lines for food and always a place to sit and eat. This was a good experience and we will be back!

Good size of room, clean, attached to a convention center which is good if you are at the convention.
Right off the freeway and pretty convenient.
Most of the town smells a little like manure
For the price and convenience it was worth it

The room smelt very mildew-y. Also we didn’t get fresh towels or new bedding for our second night stay.
