Overall, the location was great for my wife and I. Very quiet and lowkey, however that came at a price as the facility itself is in need of some TLC.
Very outdated property with so much potential. We did not spend much time in the resort, but we encountered several issues. Our safe needed to be replaced, our air conditioner was not very cool considering how hot it was there, and lastly we had a very loud refrigerator.
The parking was also a bit difficult as it was first come, first serve, with limited space.
While I mentioned some things that would deter someone from staying, I implore you to not allow that to be the case because the location is great and the staff was pleasant.

Always a perfect welcome, a lovely room looking at the ocean, and perfect to think, pray, do some writing and enjoy the beaches. Now with needing a cane, I still felt that everything was fine, easily accessible.

The hotel was away from all the activities
Hot tub on balcony was out of service
Frig stopped working
Toilet did not flush completely and continue to run
Restaurant had good food , but needed additional staff

Other staff was very nice as well. The price is reasonable. The rooms needs a little refreshing. Such as a nice coat of paint

I had numerous issues upon check in. The THIRD room was good. Quiet A/C worked well but wifi was spotty.My rating would of been lower if it wasnt for the friendly and helpful staff. Poor limited food at pool bar and the bartender also had to cook.Quiet laid back area in Cupecoy with dining and beaches nearby. Property is showing its age and needs a renovation.Wide range of quality in the rooms. Some MUCH better than others.

Good place to stay near American University of the Caribbean Medical School. Studio apar**ent with new kitchenettes. Nice pools and small private beach access.
