Very nice the staff was very helpful, The only disappointment was that they don't serve breakfast except on weekends,. I would stay there again.

Room was to be a non-smoking room but the hallways and the room smell like musky cigarettes. The room had cigarette burns in the carpet and the air vents in the room were gross. I would like a refund for this stay it was a horrible experience. My family had to sleep fully clothed as that’s how dirty it felt. Unfortunately, there was nothing else available in the area to leave the hotel

The place was nice and somewhat clean, unfortunately we notice areas of the room with pet hair and my wife end up having an allergic rash all over her body. We had pet hair all over our bags and in the sofa bed.

Our room was not ready. Dishes still in dishwasher. Spilled sticky drink on small table top. No remote or TV listings in room. Someone forgot to come back and finish the room.

The price of this hotel was so extremely reasonable for what it offers, we came for a concert at American music theatre, it was 20 mins away, I was pleased with everything, even the the fact the room had an efficiency kitchen, the only negative at all, was the bathroom was very cold, I had read some bad reviews and I was nervous, didn’t experience any of the negatives mentioned, highly recommend

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was slightly smaller than we expected, but had most of what we needed for our stay. Property overall could use some updating, aside from the bathroom, which was nice and seemed to have been updated recently. I love that this place allows pet so we were able to bring our 2 cats with us to visit family and friends.

Room was roomy, clean and bed comfortable. Front desk attendant very nice and efficient.

I did not like that the staff smoked at the rear of the building right outside the entrance door. Smoke came into the lobby. My friends were visiting and we were playing cards and I am extremely allergic to any type of smoke. I smelled just inside the front door when I first arrived at the hotel. I smelled smoke inside the elevator too. Very disgusting. I was planning to extend my stay because I liked my suite and it was very convenient for me.

The hotel smelled of ****. Our room was freezing with hardly any blankets.

This hotel was so amazing. Staff was very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. The room was amazing, I did not know it had a full kitchen which blew my mind. It felt like an apartment I was staying at. So cleanliness, and comfortable. We defiantly will be coming back to this hotel.

For the nightly rate the rooms and hotel amentities are far below substantiating that value. All around dated property. 3rd floor is smoking and it infiltrates every part of the hotel. Nothing in the room was clean or well kept except thankfully for the bed. Although mattress was very worn out and uncomfortable. The property as a whole is very dirty, staff were friendly but cant make up for the poor quality of the rooms. Again the price is very steep, the amenities and comfort level are that of a $70 a night motel, not $150 a night as it was priced. Other properties close by are priced slighty higher but well worth their cost, this should be a last option.

There were 5 of us in our party and it was wonderful to have a nice large room with sleeping accommodations for all of us. The kitchen would be great if one planned to spend more than one night. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

It was a nice hotel. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Seems a little run down and in need of a makeover. Elevator rug was in tatters and duct tape was covering something on the room numbers. I felt safe and the room was clean. Kitchen was nicely laid out and plenty of counter space. Bed was comfortable. It was quiet and convenient to highways. I would stay here again, it was worth what we paid. Don't expect a five star, however it is clean and comfortable.
