I found the hotel room very comfortable and spacious. The view from our balcony was absolutely stunning at night. The amenities provided were more than adequate. The breakfast buffet had many vegetarian options and the staff were immensely warm and welcoming. I’d highly recommend this property.

客房服務非常熱情周到，送的迎賓果和曲奇餅乾，不衹樣子好看，也好吃。餐飲部的早餐是定食，區分中式和英式，定品種不定量，入住的時候前台會問好客人的選擇，第二天早餐按照客人要求安排早餐種類。客房床很舒適，得到了很好的休息，因為酒店在水鎮偏東北方向，所以很安靜，距離山頂教堂三分鐘走路即可到達。要去這個酒店要在日月島換乘一次，其實走路不算遠就是帶着行李時候需要坐擺渡車。

這個酒店挨着山頂教堂，好像需要爬山，在半山腰，由於客房滿了，給我升級到了威廉酒店，這裏相比更方便，在景區中部，去各個打卡地都很近，非常推薦，早餐送到屋裡，省去了很多時間，非常棒！

酒店寬敞大氣，下階梯即是日月島，周邊吃喝遊玩也很方便，推薦大家入住。PS:可提前預約御大温泉池，個人感覺還不錯，三層是露天温泉池可直接享用。

酒店很棒，位置在一個半山腰，周圍很安靜，建築外觀很古樸，房間乾淨，方便舒適，早餐也不錯，品嚐了免費的nespresso，還贈送了水果和紅棗銀耳羹，非常貼心，酒店的服務員都很熱情，每次見面都打招呼，耐心解答我們的問題，非常滿意這次住宿。

房間基本設施都有，也算是乾淨整潔，但是房間內根本看不到任何景區風景，看評論説觀看無人機位置最好，不知道是什麼房，但至少在豪華套房A裏肯定看不到，有個通往露台的門是鎖死的，而且酒店內什麼配套設施都沒有，旁邊的半山居還有個健身房，設施與之價格嚴重不符，最不能理解的是酒店位置在主景區外圍的山坡上，沒有直達的穿梭電瓶車，還需要打電話到前台叫車，checkin的時候根本沒人説，結果去的時候拿着一大堆東西在告知換乘的地方等了半天，最後還是自己走着找到酒店，古北水鎮的酒店基本上都住過，這次體驗是最差的。
