I was quite surprised to learn at check-in that this facility does not accept pets which resulted in having to cancel the reservation, thankfully at no charge, and finding an alternate accommodation for the night. This information should be shared with ******* who booked my reservation.

the worst check-in clerk I have ever encountered. No soap in room, shower curtain fell off during the night. My computer was infected with a trojan virus through the hotel wi-fi

The property is in a nice area and is well kept. The only issue i had with it was when it rained. Some of the areas are very slippery and one could easily fall. Seemed like a poor on those

The hot tub is closed. I am frustrated that hotels get to claim they have a hot tub or pool, except they are broken or closed for the season. Rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast was marginal (cold), but great variety.

When I arrived I was informed that this location does NOT allow pets. I was led to believe this was a pet friendly hotel so we had to stay else where.

Had a wonderful overnight stay. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and courteous. Rooms/bathrooms were ample in size and tidy. We really enjoyed the ceiling fan, it’s a rarity. Location was nice and felt safe. Breakfast was a typical hot breakfast. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

The cleaning staff would remove the towels and not replace them or leave 1. That is not a good thing when 3 people are staying in the room. Removing towels is the only cleaning service our room received for a 3 night stay. There are no towel hooks/racks outside the shower to hang towels for reuse if necessary. Sorry, I refuse to use a towel that has been on the floor.
The front doors wouldn't always open. There are missing tiles in the front of the hotel as you walk in.
The iron in the room didn't get hot so I could iron some wrinkled clothes. The outlets were too lost to hold plugs. The TV didn't work - no biggie we used our phones.
The pillows are horrible. Bring your own for any comfort level!
Definitely would not recommend and will not stay here again.
