According amenities : mini freeze was not there in room, study room not there, toilet not available in toilet, complimentary pickup- drop not provided, the old guest's hair was scattered.

This hotel was booked by my office. The first thing shocked me was an overly priced room in the worst hotel I have been so far. The room was dirty with dirty bedding. Food was so bad, no cafeteria, they just put the so called "complementary breakfast" in the hotel lobby.as if they are giving a free accommodation. I couldn't stand to spend more than one night there.

location is near Charbagh railway station hence convenient for train passengers. staffs are well behaved .food quality is good. but room internals should have been well cleaned. few electrical switches were not working.

Sir, rooms facilities is too terrible, th rooms shows at images imwas not the same at the location. Rooms and washroom is too dirty.

Hotel is close to the Railway Station and convenient from the point of view of distance from the station. Room was fine but more cleaning of bath room is required.
Staff was courteous and efficient.
Tariffs are reasonable .
