房間蠻乾淨，不錯，住了兩晚，附近小吃很多，老闆也介紹了部分都去吃了，停車在對面停車場，小區環境不錯，出門記得帶好鑰匙，樓下就是後門，去古城近，我第一次沒帶，回來兜了圈子。房間照片就和展示一樣。

位置特別優越，離洛邑古城步行幾分鐘的距離，周邊商鋪很多，日常需求可以充分滿足。
窗外風景很美，可以直接欣賞洛河，早上適合遠眺放鬆心情。
房屋智能入住，很便捷。老闆人很好，有緊急的情況，主動協助解決。

入住體驗很滿意，房間乾淨衞生，一進門就有淡淡的消毒水味道，非常安心。床鋪睡着也很舒服，軟硬適中；冰箱、微波爐、掃地機器人、投影等也一應俱全，很適合家庭出行。店主非常貼心，有各種温馨小提示，還推薦了很多當地特色美食。以後有機會再來的話一定會再次選擇。

房間三房兩廳，寬敞舒適，三個人住綽綽有餘，價格和酒店訂兩間房差不多，性價比很高。設施很智能，掃碼取電之類的，不學習一下感覺要跟不上潮流了🤣
